This gorgeous 4 bedroom home is very spacious with beautiful themed bedrooms like the Mickey Mouse with 2 twin size beds and 40" TV , Harry Potter with queen size bed with 40" TV, Romantic Princess and the Frog with queen size bed and 40"TV, a large master bedroom king size bed and 55"TV with a walk-in closet, extra large bathroom with garden tub , separate walk-in shower and double sink.

Comfortable and spacious living room with queen sofa bed, modern family room with 75" TV 4K and we provide high speed internet.

This homes is perfect to create great memories for years to come.
Breakfast nook has a pool view and is perfect for your morning coffee of your choice of brew Keurig or Mr Coffee machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals for family and friends.
BBQ Grill available (fee apply).

Unforgettable fun StarWars Game Room with LED lights with full size pool table, air hockey, foosball table, extra board games, puzzles for kids, cards, and many books for all ages. Don't forget to find all the hidden Mickey all over the house.
The game room has a independent high efficient air conditioner for your comfort, there is a pack-n-play (upon request) and highchair available for kids.

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, iron and 2 ironing board.
Outdoor patio set with table and chairs for outdoor dinning and chaise lounge chairs for lying in the sun.

The private amazing pool with water fountains has children's safety fence for a extraordinary fun day in the Florida sunshine and we also provide pool towels.

Lovely well appointed home

We had an emergency and needed a nice, safe place to stay. The listing on VRBO was accurate and looked like it was located where we needed it to be. At the last minute my husband could not come so I was a bit apprehensive about being driving 9 hours alone and then staying there alone. Once I went through the security gate for the complex, drove through the neighborhood and went inside the home I knew I could relax. The host was wonderfully responsive when I had questions. It is convenient to many grocery stores and access to I-4.I highly recommend staying there

Drive to Disney is about 1-2 hours with traffic

The gated community was easy to navigate. The house was spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet with nice walking paths and tennis and Pickleball courts available. The pool worked great for our family. We had to rent the barbecue through the property management company. Although Disney is only 14 miles away, we had traffic every day of the week that ranged from one to two hours both directions.The decorations of the house were fun, the property management team was easy to work with, and the house had beach towels, which was handy when we went to the beach.

Dream come true.

I was really amazed how nice the environment and quiet as my husband and I has loved quiet places. Our kids love the the house with the pool and missed it, always called it their vacation home. It was clean and spacious for the little one to explore, too. Overall my husband and I really reccomend to families and friends of ours and would loved to come back and book the places again in our next visit. This really made our first family vacation really successful and a dream come true. Thank you Claudia and Eddie for the great welcoming and communication also for making this happen for my little family.

"Theres No Place Like Home".... But this came really close.

As Dorothy would say..."There's no place like home" but this felt like home for our weeks stay. This home was and excellent choice for our family vacation. The attention to detail was outstanding!!! The kitchen was well stocked, and the sweet gift of snacks was such a kind gesture. The house was very spacious and inviting. We loved the details of Disney throughout the home and the themed rooms were so much fun!!! The Star Wars recreation room with the pool table, air hockey, foosball, games, toys was a hit with our family. The pool was wonderful and so relaxing and enjoyable. The host gave attention to every detail. The neighborhood was very beautiful and peaceful. My husband played pickleball just down the street, and if you're a golfer, then you can schedule a tee time here. I would highly recommend this vacation home; you won't want to leave.

Great Place and Great location

Absolutely loved the house. Great location, great gated community. Kids swam in the pool for hours on end. Great themed rooms to entertain the kids and had a blast counting Mickey heads throughout the visit. Very close to I-4 so quick access to both Disney and Universal. Gate security were extremely nice and very helpful. Plenty of walking/jogging paths to get some exercise.

Very warm and inviting!

I love this beautiful home. The pictures don't do it justice. I love the fact that the rooms are themed. It's about 30 mins away from Disney or Universal. The homeowners are very thoughtful. This trip was made for my son's birthday and we were surprised with a treat for him when we arrived at the home. Sometimes it's the little kind gestures that make the difference between just an nice place and a very amazing place. This place is the latter. Thank you once again, Claudia!! =) Pros: Everything is clean, WIFI is included, optional grill is available, location is nice, pool is fantastic and clean. Cons: Can't think of any.

Amazing rental 10/10 !

I usually don't write reviews but this one warrants one. It was the first home rental my family and I stayed at and it was such a pleasant experience. Let's start off with the fact that it had all the essentials you need which was awesome because after reading other reviews on other rentals I learned that they needed to provide their own toiletries, pot, pans, plates Etc. And if you are traveling with kids or meeting friends and/ or family and have to haul ALL of that plus your personal belongings is such an inconvenience. Their kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to cook and to make coffee. They also provided us with a starter kit which was helpful! The starter kit included dish washer and washing machine soap pods, two rolls of paper towels, dish soap a small sponge, towels and pool towels. The pool was cleaned the following day after arrival which was a huge plus and even had toys for the kids to use. The children had a blast in the game room. Claudia was very nice and friendly. She was super helpful and when we had other family members who weren't staying with us at the rental that wanted to come and spend time with us, she added them to the guest list at the main gate. This was an overall great stay for our family. The only thing I would recommend is changing the water filter from the refrigerator. It appeared the water filter needed to be changed and that's why the water came out so slow. I highly recommend to anyone who is seeking a home rental.

Family Vacation

This house was absolutely PERFECT to say the least! From the moment I inquired about this house it was an amazing experience. Claudia communicated with me before, during and even after our trip. When we arrived, we were greeted with a family basket filled with yummy snacks and a handwritten note, and she even left our son a birthday gift as we were celebrating his 4th birthday while we were there!! (Very thoughtful and sweet). The house was in a gated community which made us feel safe. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to stores. Extremely clean, updated, and beautiful! Every room had a theme which our kids loved! Hidden Mickeys throughout the house which again something our children loved. The game room was awesome! All the beds were comfortable with comfortable pillows! The pool was a huge hit! The kids didn’t even want to leave the house! There was even some pool toys there that we were able to use. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this vacation house again! 100% recommend! Thank you so much Claudia and Eddie for such an amazing stay at your home!

Beautiful and Comfortable Home For a Family

After spending almost a week at this property, I do not think we would look anywhere else to stay when we visit Florida in the future! Claudia was incredible, and the house was beautiful. Even before we stayed there, Claudia went out of her way to make sure that our trip was going to be comfortable. Our children (ages 2 and 5) loved the theme rooms, and each room was well appointed with plenty of storage, newer TVs, and plenty of room. The pool was fantastic and was really a nice size for a family of 4. Claudia herself is incredible! We were welcomed with a hand-written note and a welcome basket. Such a nice and person touch. She took care of any issues immediately and without any concern. It was also really nice that she lives right across the street and was actually able to meet her in person! We loved that the property was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We did not witness any loud parties or had any concern of ours or our children's safety. Shopping and restaurants are nearby, and we had easy access to all of the theme parks and main attractions of the Orlando area. We loved this place and would definitely want to stay here again in the future!

Inviting Magical Home

My family and I had a great time at this vacation rental home. Every room had a theme which was cool and we enjoyed swimming in the pool. The owners were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. My son had a birthday gift waiting for him as well as nice gift for Mother’s Day for me. The area where we stayed was gated and it felt very secured. It was truly a dream come true!

Simply AMAZING

Staying at this property was beyond amazing! Ms. Claudia was great. The communication before arriving and even staying was great. She provided the best customer service. It was very easy to get in touch with her when I needed something. When she asked about heating the pool she came right over to make sure the kids had a great time in the pool. My daughter and I came to spend her birthday/spring break there and this house definitely made my daughter break amazing. The special gift for the birthday girl was very special to my daughter. The space in the house and rooms were just as described. It was a long drive to attractions but the house made up for the drive it was well worth it. They also give you a notebook of things to read which tells you what attractions maybe great for the family. Overall, I loved this place and hope to stay in the future. Ms. Claudia and Mr. Eddie you guys are amazing. If I could give over 5 stars I would definitely do so! Thank you again for everything!

Wonderful Stay!

I highly recommend this rental. The house was wonderful. It had everything we needed. It was in a gated community which made us feel very safe. The neighborhood was quiet so we're weren't disrupted by other noisy vacationers. We paid a bit more and had the pool heated which was great at night when we returned from the theme parks (in March). The house was perfectly located. We made it to Cocoa beach one day and Clearwater beach another day. We also visited Busch Gardens, 2 Disney parks, and Disney Springs. The house was perfectly located for going to those places. Our host Claudia was quick to answer all of our questions before the trip and during our trip. I highly recommend this house!

Great hospitality, communication, and safe/quiet location. Home was clean and welcoming. Host was quick to respond to questions. Comfortable for our family of 5. Magical get away

This was such a beautiful home and perfect place for our families Disney trip!! Not to mention the owners went above and beyond to make it special with a gift basket when we arrived and then a special gift on New Year’s Eve!! Superb place and host

A safe, quiet, very tidy, spacious, lovely, and calming place equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Claudia is superb, accomodating, and very quick to respond to any questions. We've arrived with a welcome basket to enjoy and a birthday present for my daughter that made her birthday vacation enjoyable and unforgettable. We had a great stay and my kids absolutely loved this place. We would absolutely recommend staying there!

5 Star Rental!!!

First of all, let me say this...I rarely write reviews even though reviews weigh heavily on my final decisions. For that reason, I felt I had to write a review of this property because the previous reviews aided in my decision to stay at this property. Like others had stated, the property was very clean. With everything going on with Covid that was a concern for me and my family but we were very pleased with the cleaniness of the home. The location was absolutely perfect! It is close to grocery and shopping stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Also, not far from the highway. The community was lovely. The neighbours were so welcoming and even the securities at the gate (specifically Eve, who greeted me with a smile every time and played with my son). Although the property pics are nice, they don't do this property justice - it is SO much prettier in person. The home is very spacious. I stayed for 4 nights with a family of 8 including a toddler and it was more than enough room for us all. We enjoyed the game room, we played the board games provided and there were even learning games for my toddler to play with. The home provided everything we needed to cook and clean with. We loved the themed rooms and the pool was an added touch. There were also personal touches that were so sweet that I loved and I know you will also. Lastly, the host Claudia was amazing!!! From communicating with me before I booked, after booking, while I was at the property and even when I left. She responded promptly to any questions and was so gracious to heat the pool for us on our final night there. My family and I had such a great experience that we were planning our trip back while we were still there. Just Book It!!!! You won't be disappointed. :-)

Claudia’s place was as listed and clean

The place was great. We didn’t need to contact the property manager, but she gave us an easy way to contact her. The check-in and check-out process was easy. We stayed with another family and their children and did our best to keep the place up since it was so clean and recently purchased. We’d definitely stay again.

2021 Summer Vacation!!!!

The home was very clean and spacious. The pool and the game was great. The kids enjoyed all the entertainment. Kept them very busy. The pool was used everyday/night. The kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms were fully equipped and stocked. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I love to have fun and travel to new places.
We enjoy having fun at Disney with family and friends, Epcot is our favorite park, we also love the beach, family time is very important to us.

We live in Florida and absolutely love it!
So we decided to purchase this house to share our happiness.
We would like our guest to relax, have fun and enjoy the Florida sunshine as much as we do.
When we purchase this house we wanted to make it super fun home and create a new experience for our guest so we design amazing themed rooms, modern and we hope every guest have magical memories.
Polk County has many outdoor activities and many things to do.

Our home is relaxing, cozy and fun, but if you want to explore more.
You probably don't know that there are so many other things to do in the area.
Some will just enjoy this wonderful weather and stay by the pool or game room, others will want to go to the beach and discover the area. Or what about swimming with manatees in natural springs or kayaking in amazing places?
In order to help you make the best of your trip and well-deserved rest, we have made a list of things that you can do, outside of the parks, while you are here.
1. BOK TOWER GARDENS
This is a hidden gem. You will love walking around those peaceful botanical gardens created by a dutch millionaire in the 20th Century. We also recommend you to visit the Pinewood Estate that has hosted so many famous people during the past century.
2. DALI MUSEUM IN TAMPA
You love art? This is the place to be. A short drive from Orlando, this museum will make your day. This is one of the biggest Dali collections in the world.
3. WATER PARK: H2O LIVE
H2O Live is a brand new water park located close to your home on the 192. You will love the rides, the lazy river and the huge lagoon and it's amazing waves.
We also recommend you to try all the restaurants close to the park (Sunset Walk).
4. KAYAK TOURS AT SINGLE CREEK REGIONAL PARK
We recommend this place is located close to our home and the beauty of the nature is breathtaking.
4. THRILLS & FUN!
Revolutions Off Road is located in Clermont. It's a short drive from our home.
There are several things to do here if you like the outdoors: Ride Atv’s, Shooting, Archery and Fishing. Enjoy thrills under the fantastic Florida weather while being away from crowds.
5. SHOPPING
Shop shop shop... Orlando is famous for its Outlet stores and luxury malls. We recommend you: Mall at Millenia. Disney Springs and Premium Outlets.
GO TO THE BEACH
Orlando is close to two coastlines. We recommend:
Treasure Island, Clearwater, Siesta Key, Fort Desoto on the west side (Gulf of Mexico)
