Now the good part. We are the best value of any rental in the area......I know, I have researched and rented other properties......what you will experience at our home without the massive additional fees makes our home tops this side of Disney.....and now onto the description.....

Luxury Home 10 minutes to DIsneyworld. No detail overlooked! Lakefront with beautiful lake view and south facing pool with spa and multi- colored pool light. Designed by NYC nightclub designer with the kids in mind. There is a 'Superhero' bedroom as well as a 'Disney Princess' bedroom complete with carriage bed. Costumes galore for the kids to get into the Disney Spirit! For the adults there's a Hollywood Studios master bedroom (in the golden days of Hollywood decorum) as well as a tastefully done Animal Kingdom Room and a Florida Nautical Room with a view of the palm trees and the lake. The bedrooms are immersed in each theme. We took the 6th bedroom and turned it into the ' Ziegfield South.' The design of this film room was inspired by the famous NYC theater the 'Ziegfield.' The Ziegfield South comes fully equipped with stadium seating and a popcorn machine. Even the en-suite bathroom is designed with the theater theme...just like the Ziegfields bathroom! The three other bathrooms include a Nemo bathroom, a Hollywood Studios bath and a Cape Cod Nautical style bath.
The 1960's-inspired Austin Powers game room has a high end regulation (maplewood) pool table, and sports a full wall sized Austin Powers mural, created by 'Chico,' a famous Lower Eastside (NYC) graffiti artist. There are several flat screen TVs, two larger than 50 inches. The entire home has high end furniture (there is no cheap items here). The dining room is formal and seats eight. There is a custom kitchen that has granite countertops and a granite bar top. The cabinets were custom made for the kitchen. In the bedrooms, all the mattresses have state of the art memory foam tops. There is a pool alarm to protect the kiddies. The HVAC unit has a ultraviolet, bacteria killing lightbulb so everyone is breathing easier. There is an office alcove if you need to fax or print any documents. A washer and dryer are both on the premises. Hair dryers in all the bathrooms. And of course alarm clocks in all the bedrooms. Parking for 2 possibly 3 cars.
Hampton Lakes is a beautiful, safe, community that has a nice clubhouse and tennis, courts, and playground. Watch Hot Air balloon by morning, turtles sunning themselves in the afternoon and swim with the rainbow pool light in the evening while grilling poolside.... (or use the game room.....or help yourself to popcorn and a movie....you get the idea. Lots of "stuff" to do at the home when not at the park!!) If you want to take a break from the theme parks for a day, this is the house to spend it at! Not to mention the best babysitter for the kids.....The XBOX in the Superhero room.
