1 bedroom 1 bath condo in midtown Ocean City, MD. Purchased in November 2020 and completely renovated. Newer appliances, washer and dryer. Walk up, no elevator. 3 flights/6 half flights. This is our dream place at the beach...just 137 steps to the sand! Gorgeous views of the ocean and the bay. Come spend some time unwinding and finding your soul in the sea air! Looking for a beach retreat to work from home? Adjustable standup desk in the living room. Monitor and printer in the bedroom closet for your use.

Three night minimum.

Spectacular bay views with gorgeous sunsets from your third floor walk up in Midtown and sunrises on the beach! The condo is centrally located to the convention center, restaurants, Seacrets and shopping. The Ocean City bus stops right out front!

Linens are not included. You will need two queen size sheets and one double size for the pull out couch.

NO PETS - we have a dog that is there occasionally - FYI in case of allergies.

My family had a wonderful stay at the Treehouse. It’s a close walk to the beach and perfectly located near all the poplar restaurants and attractions. We can’t wait to come back.

Lovely home with all the comforts of home. The owner was wonderful to work with, friendly with great communication and made sure our stay was fantastic. The location is perfect with a beautiful view; close to shopping, restaurants and a quick stroll to the beach. We loved it!!

Cute little bangalow steps away from the sand!

Me and my 3 friends came on a girls trip here! The house is SO cute!! The decor was great too. Very beachy and cozy little place to stay. The access to the beach was perfect! As long as you don't mind steps, I would recommend this place. 10/10 !

The "Treehouse" is a lovely getaway right on the Ocean. It is clean and very generously equipped with just about everything you could ask for a quick weekend away. The unit has a local, beachy vibe that just makes you feel like you are really on retreat. The walk up the stairs to the entrance gave us some good exercise. The host was very responsive and replied promptly. Well done!

Fantastic stay

This place was perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay. The manager was excellent with communication and responsiveness. She had a problem fixed with incredible speed. We hope to stay here again.

A true home away from home! Beauty on the beach!

This experience felt like we were just going to our own beach home with how well put together the location is. The decor had a beachy chill vibe that put us at ease right away. And the location is so close to everything you would want to do in Ocean City while still being a short drive to Berlin. The owners are super responsive and friendly, gave us excellent suggestions and made sure we were set up for our stay. Would stay again and again and again!

Exceeded expectations

The place is absolutely great. Way cuter in person than the listing. Beds super comfy with pillow top. Decor is perfect. Host was accessible via text and very nice. I would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect Getaway in OC

Six of us went down to go offshore fishing with Captain Scott on game on at the Ocean city fishing center. Owners were amazing and easy to talk to you and great communication. They have everything you need and are centrally located on the island to go any direction you want.

Treehouse Treasure

We loved the treehouse! I was blown away by the cleanliness and décor' when we walked in. The location was perfect for us since we love to go to Seacrets, Macky's, and Fager's Island. We enjoyed sitting on the deck to see views of the ocean and bay. Belly Busters is a short walk away from lunch and/or dinner. I can't wait to stay here again! Thank you for providing everything we needed! :-)

Cozy, clean and steps to the beach

We enjoyed a long weekend at the Tree House (2 adults, 12 and 9 year old kids). The house has everything you could need and is very tastefully decorated. It felt as if we were staying in a friend's home with a nicely equipped kitchen and all the basics included (not your usual bare bones rental property). Walk to the beach was quick and easy, with lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Kristen was super sweet and easy to reach via text thought our stay.

Best Trip Ever!

From the start Kristen was extremely helpful and accommodating. The Treehouse had everything we needed and more (chargers, towels, silverware, a TV, board games, and even a record player!). It easily slept myself and my 5 friends, and it provided very easy access to the beach. Thank you for an amazing trip Treehouse!

Fantastic Stay!!

Highly recommend.⭐⭐⭐ The decor is terrific and it's obviously recently remodeled w incredible style. Very Comfortable and great views from the deck . Terrific host response !! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The stairs are why it's called treehouse but worth every step. Thanks so much Kristen &Matt ! We WILL ABSOLUTELY be back !

We had the best time!

Kristen and Matt are top tier host! The treehouse was perfect! They had everything we needed and more! The size was perfect for 5 adults! We were only a few steps to the beach! Kristen was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions and gave the most amazing suggestions! We will 100% be staying there again next summer! Thank you for everything!

It was amazing she was great we had No problems and she told us we could use anything we needed. She also told us if we needed her we could call her at anytime. She was the best overall she’s a 20 on the scale of 1 to 10. Would love to go again

Wonderful stay!

We loved Zs treehouse! It was perfect for our family of 5. This is an adorable space! The decor was perfect. The kitchen came well equipped and very convenient having the washer and dryer. They offered so many essentials making us feel right at home. The location is great, close to so many things but what i loved most was the short distance to the beach. We also enjoyed sitting at the table outside just relaxing and enjoying the view. Kristen had excellent communication from start to finish and i appreciate her going above and beyond for my family! Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Comfortable slice of paradise close to everything!

We loved our stay at Z’s Treehouse. As a family of 4 with two small children (4 and 8), we are always looking for a unit with a bedroom and two beds. No more pull out couches for us! This fit us perfectly. It had all the amenities we needed in a great location. Very clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. We loved the view of the bay and ocean from the front deck. Being walking distance to an ice cream and candy store, pitt putt and dozens of restaurants was great and it’s a nice stretch of beach with mostly small condos and less crowded than other sections of OCMD. We hope to stay here again and again.

Great stay!

This rental was great! We were a little scared with the listing that it was 6 flights of stairs, but it’s really 3 flights/6 half flights. The location is easily walkable to the beach, and I liked that it was a little further away from the boardwalk and not super close to a major hotel - much less crowded beach as a result! The place itself is cozy - although it could sleep 6, we had 4 and I couldn’t picture 6 fitting with luggage and everything else. That being said, the place is great!! Nicely decorated, all the amenities you can imagine, comfortable, and clean. Having a washer and dryer (detergent included!) made for easy clean up of Sandy towels or beach wear. A very well equipped kitchen as well. Owner was super responsive to my many questions also. I definitely would recommend staying here!

Great House and Location! A Lovely Long Family Vacation at the Z's Three House!

Perfect for both a relaxing family vacation and for people eager to explore all sorts of activities around! The beach is just a minute away, and it's a great beach – the sand is not too sticky, not crowded, perfect for kids. We loved it. During our stay in July, the water was not too cold either. The house is just minutes away from all sorts of fun activities (luna park, water park, go-kart, mini-golf, kayak and boat rentals, and more), groceries, restaurants, and bars. For many of them, you'll, of course, need to go by car, but they are still very close. We also had the chance to visit the amazing Assateague Island and two nearby towns, Berlin or Rehoboth, both worth the trip. The house is super welcoming; you will immediately feel at home. It's extremely clean and has an amazing decor that will put you in a vacation mood right away! We found all the kitchen tools, cooking spices, towels, toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher soap, liquid cleaners, cloths, plastic wrap, trash bags, and everything you may need when you're away from home. There is a vacuum for you to use that is super useful considering the remaining sand you may bring back with you (there is a hose to get rid of most of it in the parking). Kristen and Matt were terrific hosts. Kristen was immediately responsive to our questions and provided great suggestions as well! We truly recommend their place, and if we're back in the area, we will not hesitate to stay there again! Roberto, Luisa, and Francesco

Welcome to the beach! Matt and I purchased our condo in November 2020. We have two children... Sawyer and Makena. We have a yellow lab named Ziggie who loves the beach. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook in. We are across the street from Taphouse 45, Liquid Therapy and a short walk to Seacrets! Please enjoy our house as much as we do!

Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours.
Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.

Central to everything!! Jump on a bike, the bus or take a short trip over to Assateague or Berlin, or both!! Rainy day...we got you! Plenty of games to play with the kids and adults! Cabin fever if the weather stinks?! Head to Alley Oops on 55th street! Feel free to contact us anytime during your stay for information.

Boho beach bums welcome!! Our house is decorated with Chip and Jo in mind. Farmhouse and beach house in mind! Sit back and relax on the deck at our surfboard inspired table. Crack some crabs and watch the waves and birds! Lots of people watching as well. If you love to play guitar or are just learning; a kind renter left a beach guitar for the condo.
