Unwind and indulge in comfort at our three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home situated within the serene Purple Parrot Village Resort in Perdido Key, Florida. Experience a true sense of home in our master suite, featuring a king-sized bed and a master bathroom equipped with both a separate tub and shower. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin trundle, perfect for families or groups. Each of the three bedrooms, along with the living room, is equipped with flat-screen smart TVs for your entertainment.

The kitchen boasts updated appliances, and you’ll find a full-size stackable washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Nestled between the picturesque Intracoastal Waterway and the stunning Gulf of America, the Purple Parrot is just a short drive or bike ride from the renowned white sandy beaches.

Within the resort, just a brief stroll from your doorstep, you can relax in the lagoon-style pool complete with a waterfall cave and jacuzzi. Feeling hungry or thirsty? Simply head over to the Tiki Lounge for refreshing drinks and delicious meals without the hassle of cooking. Keep an eye and ear out for the iconic Blue Angels, as you might catch a glimpse of their practice sessions soaring above! *Per HOA, there are no pets allowed. We are also a no smoking community*

Purple Parrot Paradise

The setting was beautiful and the house was just a short walk to the pool. The decor and offerings were great and very comfy. Enjoyed our time there!!!

Loved our stay!!!

Absolutely loved this rental. We loved the rental it was very clean, plenty of space and located near the beach. The pool was a huge hit with our grandkids they loved the “waterfall and cave” live band daily. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Amazing property and owner!

By far the best place we have stayed at during our Florida trip! The host was phenomenal and property was amazing. Once we checked in we really had no reason to leave until check out time. Great pool and tiki bar!

Great house and area. We loved the Tiki bar and found it very convenient. We were able to check in early and had no problems with the house. Would definitely recommend!!

Great Vacation Home!

We enjoyed a weekend at Purple Parrot. The place was great. We appreciated the extras - boogy boards for the kids, beach chairs, beach towels and floats for the pool. We visited the pool, beach and listened to live music at the bar when we weren’t fishing. Thanks for the great stay!

I bring my family to the purple parrot every year. This year we had to attend a funeral in the middle of our stay.Our host worked with us to make our time frame work.we’ve stayed at different homes in the village but this one is always our favorite! This home has everything you need and is super clean and updated! Convenient to the pool and Tiki Bar and the host responds to all concerns and questions you may have !

Great place- house looks good online and updates look even nicer in person. Kids always love the huge pool and lots of fun stuff to do in the area!

Excellent accommodations

My husband, son and I met up with extended family in Perdido Key and this house was perfect for us. We each had our own rooms and the teenagers loved the bunk room. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the kids preferred the pools to the beach, as the waves were pretty rough during our stay. Samantha was an amazing host and we would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

Samantha (owner) is a great host, very responsive. The house is beautiful, very clean and well stocked! There are also some extras that make pool/beach days even better. The Purple Parrot was the perfect spot for our softball team to all stay - great pool, sand volleyball and tiki bar.

Best at the “Parrot” !!!

The house was the most updated and best home at the Parrot we’ve stayed at so far ! All essentials were provided, the house was decorated so nice and the beds were so comfortable ! Everything was so clean and we didn’t have any issues at all…it was very convenient to the pool ..just overall a great place !! My family and I had a great time !

We've stayed at the PP before, but this was our first stay at Belize Place. It was nice! I like that it's a short walk to the pool but far enough away so that if you want to go to bed early, the noise from the pool won't keep you up. We'll be returning!

Perfect place for family vacation

This house was great! It’s super cute, clean and in a lovely little resort community. The lagoon pool provided hours of fun for our kids and teen. The live music and tiki bar/ food was easy for when we didn’t want to go out and the whole family was entertained in the evenings. The beaches are a short easy drive away. Not too touristy or busy of a place. If we return to the Gulf our family already decided we would need to stay at this home again!

Great property!

Clean townhome, lots to do on site, bar/grill with nightly live bands/entertainment like karaoke, volleyball courts and sand for the children to build castles. Pool is huge and great for children between 3-5 feet. Extra towels and handy things that you usually have to run to the store to get. Would be excellent if it was closer to the beach!
