💰 Pricing Details
Accommodation Only (Full House)
The price shown on VRBO covers full-house rental for up to 10 guests.
Additional overnight guests: $60 per person, per night (maximum of 20 guests total inside the house).

31–100 guests: +$60 per person

Amazing girls weekend

The property was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed. We came for a girls weekend with all the moms and daughters and really enjoyed our stay! The pool and backyard made the weekend even more enjoyable. The place was also very clean and the hosts gave us a tour and were always there if we needed something. Would definitely come back again!

Great family get together

Great place for our family get together. Easily fits everyone in the house and lots of rooms for everyone. The basement is great for rainy days. The pool and hot tub were a great feature to enjoy the outside. Great host and great house with all the amenities you want

Great house

Loved the pool and the entire house. Hosted my family from the united states and everyone had a great time. Despina was very kind. Great spot and would rent again for sure.

Great location for a family get togehter

We gathered this weekend for our annual family get together. WE chose this establishment and we were very happy. Great house with all amenities and lots of room for all 15 of us. A bedroom/bathroom for all families. Kitchen was fully stocked. The exterior made for great place for entertaining with the pool and the hot tub + lots of outdoor seating. Great location near hiking trails very private. We will for sure be visiting again

Birthday gathering

This property is situated on beautiful grounds in the country. Their pool is still in the process of being finished which disappointed our group. We interpreted the words private pool under amenity to mean That it was operational. I wish that we would have been notified directly that the pool was under construction…it is listed now on website but since we were already booked I had no reason to check the listing.. The house is amazing on the inside and comes with an abundance of towels, sheets and dishes. It is excellent for large groups and truly will sleep 18 to 20 people comfortably. The property manager did a great job in responding to my texts and we were especially happy that they located a Bose speaker that was left behind and are making arrangements to get it back to us now. We did have a wonderful time and when this pool is complete this will be a great getaway destination for large groups.

Misrepresented the Property

We booked this property specifically for the pool. It was listed, the construction completion date was stated as April 2022, and the property manager assured me the pool would be open for our late May stay. We communicated about this prior to booking. We arrived to the property, and the pool was an active construction site. We were not alerted to any construction delays, and certainly weren't told we were booking an active construction site. We paid extra to book early check in TO ENJOY THE POOL (lol). And when we arrived the property manager was giving a tour to another group. There were multiple cars in the driveway, and as aforementioned, construction. We found out when we were hit with a horrendous storm almost immediately after arriving, that many of the outside doors do not lock. We tried to hold them closed, but with no success. The wind blew in debris and even furniture. When asked about the doors not locking we were told to just "push couches up against them". We didn't pay a large sum of money to stay in a house where we would have to push couches up against the doors to lock them at night. We lost power and water (the property is on septic). We had water for about an hour, and the water feels like septic tank water, it leaves a greasy residue on your hands btw! The home is apparently in a mobile data dead zone, as we also lost any ability to connect to a mobile data network when we lost power (and wifi). We had zero internet, and flimsy phone service at best. We had nowhere else to go, as the whole region lost power and we could not search for hotels with our zero internet access. To head back to where we were from would take hours and drive us into a storm (the one that killed 10 people). In spite of that, the owner has suggested over and over again that our stay must have been fantastic, and if it was so horrible we should have just driven into the storm. We unfortunately had to spend the night. It felt like camping, which can be great if that was your plan! In the morning we woke up to loud beeping alarms. The property manager did nothing about them. Overall this was an awful stay, and it ruined my friends bachelorette party. Some of these things were out of the owner's control, however lying about the pool was not. They've now changed their listing to make it clearer that there is not a pool, so that's good I guess. But take everything this owner and property manager says with a grain of salt.

End of Year Team Retreat

Could not have thought of a better way to end our year than by spending a weekend here. Definitely a solid choice and a recommendation for anyone looking to relax and connect with family, friends or peers

Beautiful home/Great experience

The home was very beautiful and even better than what the listing says. The customer service was also very helpful and easy to contact. Amenities were provided for the most part and very comfortable with the stay. Will definitely book here again.
