perfect location. I have been told that staying south of the bridge was the best part of the beach and I am sold. Sea Vista Condo's were very well kept and the security was top notch. Recommend highly

4th of july stay

It was great, the only thing is that access to the beach required a code to the main building doors which did not always work; thankfully, there were people coming and going. Other than that, the location/place was great. some parking was limited, but it was a gated community type area. Would stay there again.

Beach Getaway

Enjoyed my stay! The beach is walking distance away so was able to go for morning walks or return for evenings on the beach. Everything was conveniently located (i.e. dolphin/fireworks cruises) and stores. My only feedback would be the air conditioning seems to not work as well in the evenings. The fans provided were a must each night.

Excellent View & Proximity to Beach!

This is the second time we choose this unit for our family vacation—we love it! It's extremely clean, has excellent access to the beach with an unobstructed view to it from the balcony. This year, the beds in the second bedroom were upgraded, a chair added to the family den, and nice ocean themed artwork added. It doesn't have an elevator to this second floor unit but we liked it had more privacy than indoor access units and a nice view. The only improvement we would suggest is a fourth bar stool for a family eating in. We also loved we were right in front of the pool for convenient access. We highly recommend this unit!

Condo kitchen was adequate however there were no spices, plastic wrap or foil. Primary shower door does not close all the way causing water to spill on the floor. This is not an oceanfront room as advertised. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels.

Hello Karen, We thank you for leaving us a review! We do apologize for the confusion on the location of this property. The complex is ocean front, and features a private beach access. Our pictures do show views from the balcony area. In regards to spices, plastic wrap or folio we unfortunately do not provide these items. We hope that overall you had a good experience and we hope to see you as our returned guest in the near future. Regards, Marina L., Sales Manager- SPI Rentals team

Family vacation

Was amazing however the unit we were in was next to holiday in express and the they would put music on at about 7:30 every morning and stayed on until 11:00pm at night so you could here it quite well in our unit. I called holiday in and asked if they could turn it down or even off there was No one listening to it at there pool becouse no one was there. They did not hqvw any blind in the sore room that over looked the pool so we would have to shut to hurricane shutters to change Overall was a great vacation

Pontos positivos: Limpeza, comodidades, condições e instalações da propriedade e comunicação
The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities you could possibly want in a vacation rental. However, the hotel next door has late night dance parties with VERY LOUD music that goes till 2 am. Even though the doors and windows were completely closed and the kids were in the farthest room, they could still hear it very loudly. But this particular apartment was nicely decorated, the kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and dishes and the communication from the management company was excellent. The super close proximity of the beach was the best part! I wish the management of Sea Vista Apartments would talk to the nearby hotel - either lower the volume or stop by midnight. Usually people with families or kids stay in apartments. Also, a water filling station in the apartment complex would be awesome.

We had a great time staying here. Comfy beds, great showers (master bath was awesome), quick walk to the beach! There were beach chairs, beach toys, floaties, etc. in the laundry room that we took advantage of! We'll be back!

Great location. Not so great condition.

The property is in a great location. Feels like your own private beach. Unfortunately the condo was not as clean as expected. We had to sweep and mop when we arrived. The footboard of the bed frame in the master bed was broken so the mattress was at an angle. Not very comfortable to sleep. The condo is also infested with sugar ants. Any food left on the counter was covered with ants within a few minutes. These issues were reported to maintenance and they offered to come spray for the ants and fix the bed but we chose to avoid the intrusion and asked them to fix it for the next guests. The issue with the bed should have been fixed prior to our arrival since it was obviously broken and housekeeping should have reported it when they changed the linens.

Excellent location with fun amenities

The condo was nice and updated with plenty of space and what we loved most was that it’s right on the beach! The condo had plenty of beach toys for the kids. We loved the pool and tennis/pickleball courts as well. We were right next to them and used them every day. We had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Location on the Beach!

We loved the location of this condo—beachfront only a short walk down the pathway to the beach! Very clean with plenty of space for our family! It is a second floor unit with no elevator access which was a bit of inconvenience as we had a heavy Yeti cooler and luggage to take up and down, but at the same time we loved that it had a private outdoor stairway shared with only one other unit (with COVID we liked not having to take an elevator to avoid contact with others). Nice view of the beach from the balcony, and of the pool. We would definitely like to stay at this condo again (can’t beat the proximity to the beach)!
