From the ground floor of the Sea Vista Condos you can walk right onto the beach. No streets to cross. No need to pack the car. Head down the elevator and walk right out onto miles of sandy beach.

This 1,050 SF 2-BR 2-Bath condo sleeps up to six, with king bed in the master, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and if needed, a comfortable queen sofa-sleeper in the living room.

The Master Bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a master bathroom, and large closet. The view from the master bedroom is amazing.

The Second/Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet and television.

A fully-equipped Kitchen is key to a relaxing vacation. We know it’s important to be able to prepare meals and snacks without running back and forth to the store to buy all the things you’d expect in a kitchen. We've outfitted the kitchen with that goal.

The Living Room has comfortable seating, a 50” LED flat screen TV with HD cable service, and of course a magnificent view of the famous South Padre Beach, and Sunrises on the Gulf of Mexico.

Wireless internet (WIFI), secure and dedicated to this condo, is included.

The Sea Vista complex has two swimming pools, and two tennis courts. Unassigned parking is provided inside the fenced lot with a security entry gate.

Across the street is the Schlitterbahn Water Park.
