Coco Sunset Hills is a sprawling gated community with 6 amazing pools, beautiful landscaping, and lots of parking. This complex is just a short walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Enter the condo into the open kitchen/dining/living space.  The kitchen is nicely equipped with fridge, ceramic cooktop and even an air fryer.  Dine in at the breakfast bar with seating for 3.  Just beyond the kitchen is a dining table that seats 4 and a living space with large windows that offer views of one of the 5 pools in the complex plus, you guessed it, the ocean.  Spend evenings relaxing on the comfortable L-shape sofa with built-in power outlet and USB ports plus a Smart TV for streaming your favorite movies and shows.  This living room is a converted exterior patio, so you can choose to have the doors open to the bedroom or close them and draw the curtains for additional privacy.  The bedroom has a new queen mattress (June 2022), a Smart TV and a closet with plenty of clothes storage and a safe.  The bathroom sits at the end of a short hallway and has a large shower stall.

From inside the unit, you have a door that accesses your private rooftop terrace.  This space has stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, the tropical mountainside and Playas del Coco.  There is a covered pergola area to provide shade and shelter from any passing rain.  The terrace is equipped with a comfortable sitting area, lounge chairs, a gas BBQ, and beautiful live-edge dining table with seating for 2.  Gaze at the ocean or spot howler monkeys on the mountainside during the day, watch the sunset and gaze at the stars.

The condo has a private, stacked washer & dryer just outside the main entry and is equipped with all linens including beach towels, bath towels, and bedding. There is super fast wifi throughout the condo with 100MB download speeds and wifi access in the common pool areas.

!!!NOTE!!! This unit is on the 3rd floor of the building with no elevator.  To get this view, you have to climb some stairs (68 of them) so this condo is no recommended for guests with mobility limitations.
