This luxury apartment is located in the heart of the Isla Verde area, in front of the San Juan Hotel & Intercontinental Hotel. The apartment is very big with 700 square feet of space and has full A/C.Has a fully equipped kitchen, one huge bedroom with a Queen Bed and Smart TV Unit with access to Nexflix, Hulu and Cable tv with High Speed Wifi.. Also it has a full bathroom,dinning & area living, with incredible balcony with a beatiful ocean view. The apartment also offers underground parking, a nice swimming pool, and tennis court. There are restaurants, 5 star hotels, casinos, pharmacies, shopping all and walking distances beach access within an area of 1 to 4 miles. There is public transportation like buses, taxis, or you can even walk to many of these locations. Share the beach with El San Juan Hotel and Casino next door and visit the night spots the locals come to dance salsa and merengue one block away, or just take our beach chairs out under the palm trees and watch the world go by.

Everything about this condo was great. The place is bright clean airy. What is more important to me is safety and I felt safe. There is a laundry and weight room and I used both. You can cook if you want buy groceries. The host is accommodating and easy to reach. I will return.

Complete and Cozy Stay

This is an adorable apartment on the 22th floor of a complex across from El San Juan Hotel. Beach access is a mere crossing of the street through the walkway. Views of the water are lovely from the balcony. The apartment is completely stocked with all that you might need for a vacation with extra bottles of sunscreen! It is well maintained and clean, not one problem during the whole of our stay.

Our stay was amazing! Only ranking 4 stars as getting into the building / garage for the first time was a little confusing since the keys and transponder were inside the apartment. Also there isn’t an oven but we didn’t need one. Loved the location, cleanliness, and everything else!

A great place in the heart of Isla Verde!

This condo was so cute! It had all the things you need: towels, a cooler and chairs for the beach, a very comfy bed and is decorated so cute! It is right across the street from El San Juan Hotel, which provides a bunch of great restaurants, a casino, and a fun lobby bar! The only thing to note is the water pressure in the shower isn't great, but the great view of the ocean makes up for it!

Beautiful Unit

Worth every penny. Beautiful condo with 24/7 security. Extremely close to everything you may need. Supermarcado, beaches, airport, local towns and so much more. Very accommodating. Along with parking should you rent a vehicle. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Also has great views! Will definitely book again.

Great place with accurate description of unit.

Great location and very walkable to restaurants, shops and beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed in many units and this has everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils. Easy check in and owner is available for questions. The only suggestion I would add is since there is no dishwasher to have a small folding dryer rack available. I would definitely recommend this unit and visit again.

Nice apartment but too much noise

Stayed there 1st week of March. Nice, modern and clean apartment, close to the beach and restaurants, walking distance to all. The only downside was the noise from some union protest very close to our building during that week with very loud speakers from 8AM to 10PM every. There is also noise from the airport which is also very close to the building (less than 1/2 mile). Overall a nice stay.

Accurate description but extremely noisy

The unit was accurately described and pictured -how for reasons of location, construction, and acoustics noise levels were extreme from 10 pm to 6am, loud,apparently drunk groups from the Fairmont hotel across the street into the early am coupled with loud road noise ( music blaring and exaggerated engine noise ) that radiate up to unit make a night’s sleep impossible.

Excellent property with amazing host!

Carlos was awesome and the condo is beautiful with an amazing view of Isla Verde. The condo was well stocked with utensils for cooking and was clean...cleaner than most 4 star hotels. This would've been a 4 star review, but there is no disclosure on the noise that's encountered while staying at the condo. We were awakened every morning at 6am by the construction across the street at the El San Juan Hotel. They would drop a huge metal dumpster and then pick it up and drop it multiple times till they had it positioned where they wanted and then heavy equipment operation began....reverse warning beeps from the skid loaders and other equipment echo into the condo. The one thing I was hoping to do was sleep in, but because of the noise I couldn't. I'm sure they will finish with the construction and at that point it would definitely be a 4 star location...nothing is a 5.

What a wonderful treat it was to stay here! The condo was spacious and nicely decorated, plus it had a lot of dishes and utensils to make simple cooking an easy start to the day. The pool was bigger than we expected and nicely maintained. Security was excellent, with keys required to enter the grounds, the building, and the condo itself. We spent quite a bit of time just enjoying the sea view from the balcony. The shower was quite nice and had excellent water pressure. The building is a very quick drive from the airport and the surrounding neighborhood has quite a few restaurants and bars to suit every taste. We enjoyed Lupi's (one block east) and Faccio Pizza (about a ten-minute walk west), in particular. Finally, Carlos was a GREAT host. He was responsive and didn't seem to mind my many questions on our first day, considering that I could have found the info I needed if I'd taken an extra minute to look a bit more.I'm not sure when or if we'll be able to return to PR, but if we do, I know where we're staying, no question!
