The apartment in Hochkrimml / Silberleiten

We rent our apartment in Hochkrimml / Silberleiten, Austria in a beautiful location directly on the Gerlosplatte - in the middle of the ski area!
Ski down to the front door at 1700m in the Salzburg region, right on the border with Tyrol.

The exceptional altitude of 1700m above sea level, just below the tree line, ensures snow is guaranteed until Easter.

Get up, have a leisurely breakfast (thanks to the delivery service with fresh rolls every day), put on your skis and off you go - to the largest ski area in the Zillertal. With 159 kilometers of slopes and 51 lifts, there is no boredom between Zell - Gerlos - Königsleiten - Hochkrimml. The 12km long cross-country ski run (circular course), the highest in the Hohe Tauern National Park, starts right below the apartment.
Sports shop and ski rental are on site. The Gerlosplatte is particularly suitable for pleasure skiers and families. More demanding skiers get their money's worth directly in Königsleiten. No matter where you go, your piste starts right at the apartment - the lift is only 30 m away.
We are in the first house by the lift, but still absolutely quiet. The car can stand still and the Plattenalm with a huge sun terrace invites you to après-ski after a successful day of skiing. If you prefer to relax, you can heat up the sauna in our house before you make yourself comfortable in the living room in front of the crackling fireplace.

Summer season:

What the skis are in winter are the hiking boots with which you can start right from the front door. Whether a cozy, child-friendly hiking trail or a high-alpine mountain tour - there is something for every taste.
The surrounding area also invites to extensive mountain bike tours. Numerous managed alpine pastures are in the immediate vicinity.
The Krimml waterfalls are a special highlight.
