You’ll stay in a cozy, comfortably furnished apartment in Hochkrimml on the Gerlosplatte, right in the heart of the ski resort. The building has four residential units. Each apartment has a separate entrance, with no disruptive hallway. You can drive right up to the building. You can take the elevator right in front of the house, and from there you can reach the entire Zillertal Arena. Bring your skis right back home with you.<br>Thanks to its proximity to the slopes, you can also spend your lunch break right in the apartment.<br>The apartment is located at an altitude of 1,750 m and has very reliable snow conditions. <br>The slopes are ideal for both advanced and beginner skiers. The slopes are well-maintained. For children, there is a nearby ski school where the little ones are well cared for and have lots of fun. Of course, adults can also brush up on or expand their skills there. The slopes range from family-friendly to challenging. A well-maintained cross-country ski trail runs behind the house.<br>The apartment features a comfortable living-dining area and an open, very well-equipped kitchen.<br>Both bedrooms have a double bed. If you rent linens, the beds will be warm and cozy for you.<br>There is a bathroom with a very spacious shower and a separate toilet.<br>From the apartment’s south-facing balcony, you have a view of the slopes and mountains of the Hohe Tauern. Sun loungers and balcony furniture are provided.<br><br>In the summer, the Hohe Tauern is a wonderful hiking region. The Krimml Waterfalls are world-famous—the highest waterfalls in Europe—and you can even take a boat ride there. Wonderful mountain hikes of varying difficulty levels invite you to explore on foot. Friendly mountain huts reward hikers with Alpine specialties and often with music and a warm welcome.<br>Water sports are available at the Durlaßboden reservoir.<br>For stargazers, there’s the planetarium in Königsleiten.<br>Experience complete silence in the alpine pastures, far from the hustle and bustle and car traffic, because the access road is for residents only and ends in a dead end.<br>In the summer, cows graze in the mountain pastures, their bells ringing in the air. Pure relaxation!<br><br>In the winter, the bread delivery service will bring bread right to your door. There’s a “little shop” where you can buy what you need every day (milk, eggs, butter, cheese, etc.). <br>There are well-stocked supermarkets in Königsleiten, Krimml, and Gerlos.<br>We recommend shopping upon arrival in the valley (Hofer = Aldi, Spar...)<br>or in Gerlos before driving to Hochkrimml.<br>Within walking distance (all within walking distance) there are three good restaurants with an alpine, pleasant, and cozy atmosphere and a good selection of food. There’s also a fast-food restaurant for a quick break along the way.<br>We provide a portable Wi-Fi hotspot. It’s not suitable for extended browsing sessions. However, it’s great for checking messages daily or sending a few photos.<br>3 GB are available. After that, we offer an additional 3 GB upon request, which will be charged at €10.<br>Free Wi-Fi is available in all restaurants, huts, and ticket booths.
