THE APARTMENT
The main room, spacious and very bright, is divided into two areas:
- A comfortable lounge/living space with smart TV and opening directly out to the terrace.
- An open and fully equipped kitchen (oven and washing machine included), also providing access to the terrace.
Noteworthy: The apartment was entirely renovated to include upscale equipment and furniture, as well as a tasteful decoration.
The terrace, basting in sunlight, is well arranged and furnished with a patio lounge set and extra sun-bathing chairs. You will enjoy a nice view of the sea and will appreciate the powered awning that will come in handy if you need some time in the shade.
The three bedrooms feature plenty of storage space (built-in dressing and closets), as well as smart TVs. Each of them offer comfortable bedding, two with queen size beds (160cm), one with a king bed (180cm).
For total privacy, each bedroom has its own connected bathroom. The master bedroom has a full bathroom with tub, shower as well as toilets.
Additional separate toilets complete the floor plan.
In all, this apartment offer optimal comfort and privacy, ideal for vacations with family or friends, or for business trips with colleagues.

Located on a commercial thoroughfare in the Basse Californie district of Cannes, you will be able to quickly reach all shopping options for your daily needs as well as neighborhood restaurants (the restaurant “La Piastra”, behind the apartment building, is a good place to try).
Other close-by points of interest include:
- The famous Croisette district, great for taking leisurely strolls. Within 7 minutes on foot.
- The beaches of the Mouré Rouge district. Less than 10 minutes away on foot.
- The center of Cannes. A 5-minute car ride to get there.
- The iconic Palais des Festivals, also 5 minutes away by car, or 20 on foot.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
