Spacious 3 bedrooms & 2 bathroom apartment with a large and sunny outdoor terrace located in historical part of Antibes, literally 1 minute walk away from the Provençal market and five minutes walk to the marina and sandy beaches. Lovely open plan rustic kitchen & large dining table for cosy evening dinner settings. Private Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom located on the upper floor. Two bedrooms located on the lower floor with access to the spacious living room suitable for family and friends.

The location was perfect and the accommodations were great! There are a lot of stairs to come in and out so if you have any mobility issues I would keep that in mind. We did not so we loved our stay there and would definitely return.

The property was excellent and suited our stay. Great location in the heart of Old Antibes. It was a 15 minute walk from the station. Recommend going by train !

Excellent property with everything included, all appliances and amenities are of a high standard. The property is clean, well equipped and maintained. It’s our second year at the property and we hope for next year too.

A brilliant apartment

This is a great apartment for a holiday in Antibes. The location is perfect for wandering in the old town and down to the beach. Small touches such as beach towels, hairdryers, dishwasher tablets are added bonuses.

Wonderful three bedroom in historic Antibes

Excellent property in the old part of Antibes. A perfect location for walking to all the areas of the old city. Very accurate to the listing pictures and description.A very well laid out three bedroom, two bathroom with a beautiful terrace.Highlights: good air conditioning for very hot days, great location, spacious terrace.Would absolutely book again!

Perfect location in Antibes old town

We were two couples, old friends, spending a few days in Antibes and surroundings catching up and making new memories. The maison was a comfortable, peaceful base for our vacation. Stairs were a challenge as we’re all in our late 70’s, but everything worked out well.

Perfect apartment in a fabulous location

This apartment is wonderful!! Large enough for the 5 adults in our group. A fabulous balcony to sit out and enjoy the evening. The location is perfect with all areas easy to walk to whether it is the beach or restaurants and bars. The standard of the finishes are excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Antibes - location can’t be beat

Stayed 6 nights. Booking, communications, check in and out really simple. The apartment is beautiful and the location is perfect. We loved exploring the nearby covered market and the maze of streets. Kitchen is very well appointed and we made good use of it for various meals. Don’t hesitate- great find.

Absolutely wonderful apartment - thoroughly recommended

This is the most wonderful apartment. Well located in such a lovely old town, extremely well appointed with everything you could possibly want. Beautiful furniture and fittings, gorgeous balcony which made you feel like you were a local. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a high quality apartment.

Perfect Location in Old Antibes

If you want to be in the heart of Old Antibes, this place is close to everything and is part of the fabric of the community. We took the train everywhere. The station is close. Maison Etoile is clean, comfortable with good quality furnishings and bedding. We had no problem with communication. Highly recommended.

Fabulous!

This was a fabulous place to stay! The beds were very comfortable, it was spacious, tasteful decorated and clean. Lots of little details that made a trip that much more comfortable, from beach towels, to being around the corner from the market and a beautiful bakery across from us. My only caution would be to let people know there is a narrow staircase of 3 to 4 flights. The location was perfect! I would highly recommend.

Great rental!

Lots of positives! Beautiful, clean, great terrace, nice bathrooms, great washer and dryer, great communication, close to the outdoor market and many great restaurants and shops! Only two negatives: up three flights of curved stairs - tough with your luggage and the second floor skylights let a lot of morning light in and the bathroom skylight makes the bathroom very hot in the summer. Neither should negate choosing this location!

Family holiday

We enjoyed our visit to Antibes. The apartment was just right. The location was perfect as it was a short stroll to the beach, the market and the restaurants. The local bakery was perfect and 2 minutes away. The apartment is in a very quiet area. We were never disturbed by any noise. The apartment was large for four adults and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Although the master bedroom was on a mezzanine floor it was still quite private with the only open part being the stairway. The air conditioning was excellent. I would recommend this apartment for a holiday in Antibes.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Old Antibes

The owners have thought of everything, right down to the last details and it is those details that make this such a lovely place to stay: the quality of the towels, bed linen, the beds, lighting and the fully equipped kitchen - it is all there and top quality in this three bedroom apartment. If you like cooking, the kitchen is superb, well laid out and simple to use. Eat at the dining table or sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sun - yes we could do that in January! Just stroll around the corner to the market and you can get all you need to cook up a wonderful meal. If you don't fancy that, Maison Etoile is perfectly placed for a huge choice of restaurants. Antibes is a great base to discover the Cote d'Azur but I doubt you would want to stray too far from the old town with its friendly atmosphere, beaches, restaurants and markets. If you are staying local you probably don't need a car as the transport is easy by train or taxi if you want to go to Cannes or Nice. If you are driving buy a weekly pass if the underground car park near the post office as it much, much cheaper and will save you having to pump the parking meters. Quite an amazing place to stay in beautiful Old Town. Appointed with everything you need (and I mean everything) to make it the perfect home away from home. While it was a bit of an undertaking to finally get into the home, it was well worth the effort thanks to great communication and a very impressive home. Locution is fantastic as well!

This was a perfect appartment - there are 3 bedrooms and it was really spacious.Air condition, balcony, washing machine and a great kitchen, the pictures matched reality. 1 minute to the bakery, 3 minutes to the market and 5-10 minutes to the beach depends how fast you can walk :-)The host were super and was easy to get in touch with if we hade any questions.If you have a very heavy luggage or perhaps sore legs and knees - there are some stairs up to the appartment, just so that you know.We are super satisfied with our stay in this appartment and we are already thinking about our next trip to Antibes.

Our property reflects Antibes old town a picture perfect destination with charming cobblestone streets and small archways that lead you to family-run restaurants and bakeries selling a vast array of amazing pastries. Friendly locals and a great choice of bistros and restaurants to enjoy sipping a glass or two of rosé wine and try the many cuisines from around the world.

The apartment is unique that it enjoys sunlight throughout the day and has a roof terrace to enjoy outdoor space and maximum sunshine.

The apartment is located steps away from the main square, local restaurants, bistros, patisseries and supermarkets are all within 5 minutes walk. Beaches, marina and the famous Picasso Museum are all within 5-8 minutes walk

Our lovely caretaker M. Ivan Faudet will welcome you and ensure your stay to be hassle-free and memorable. He is on hand to provide any assistance should you require.
