Enjoy 100-foot frontage on this all-sports lake with a shared fishing and swimming dock. The sandy beach and shallow water is perfect for kids to build sandcastles and swim. Watch the sunset from the lakeside swing or make smores by the fire pit, wood is available behind the private shed.

The Cabbage House includes a charcoal grill, outdoor table and chairs, Adirondack chairs (feel free to move to watch sunset or sit by the beach), along with a picnic table in the yard. For those rainy days, cozy up with a book from the shelf, play a game or browse movie options on the Smart TV. Bluetooth speaker also provided for pairing phone with music.
