Quiet Condo in a private ten unit complex right on Perdido Key Beach with comfortable adirondack’s facing the Gulf on its southerly deck. The north side deck has a bench swing, two adirondacks and BBQ for grilling. Comes with two parking spaces and is on the first floor. Located minutes to restaurants, Publix, CVS, Walmart and a Medical Center with Urgent Care.

Perdido Key is a barrier island located in northwest Florida. It’s a well kept secret that many Snowbirds have discovered and return to year after year. Come enjoy sunny warm days here on the Gulf Coast. Environmentalists and outdoor enthusiasts enjoy The Key because it’s one of the few remaining unblemished stretches of wilderness in the Florida Panhandle. Miles of preserves offer a wealth of opportunities for easy biking, hiking, kayaking, bird watching and fishing. Dolphin watch excursions and sailing tours are popular, as are moonlight cruises on the bay. Perdido Key’s two state parks and an expanse of National Seashore are ripe for spotting gray foxes and blue herons in the wild as well as shelling. Local outfitters offer guided tours, but self-guided nature trails at Big Lagoon and Johnson Beach are perfect chances for solitude.


Location & View:

The condominium is on the beach and adjacent to Perdido Key State Park and across the street from a great little sea food restaurant. The condo, on the 1st Floor, has a wonderful beach side waterfront view looking south and east at the surf. The northern side deck looks out over Perdido Key Drive and Old River with its boat traffic. Its a perfect choice for your fall and winter getaway or long term workcation.

You'll have private parking for 2 cars as well as private access to Perdido Key Beach. An outdoor shower is provided to wash off the sand and saltwater when returning from the beach and Gulf on the water side of the condo.

Golf (just down the street), pickle ball, boating, fishing & blue-crabbing along with many other attractions are also nearby for you. The Lost Key Golf Club is located right here on Perdido Key ... with additional courses located nearby. World class charter fishing is also available.

Shopping and dining abound and are easily reached by car, walking or boat! Many establishments offer special snowbird discounts during the winter monthe

If you prefer a small condo complex, this is the place for you with only two stories and 10 units. Your hosts live on Perdido Key, approximately 1 mile away ... and will be pleased to assist you with recommendations, directions or resolving issues that might come up.

We loved the location of this condo! Nice private beach that wasn't crowded even on Labor Day weekend. The unit is close to the road, but not in a heavily congested area. We loved the balconies! When we weren't on the beach we could sit on the front balcony and see the river side of Perdido Key or the back balcony to watch the dolphins in the ocean. We have vacationed in Orange Beach and Perdido Key for years and the Spinnaker is by far our favorite location. We could really enjoy our vacation and relax.

Best place so far.

Nice uncrowded beach end of July. Not so busy as Panama City or Gulf Shores. Water was beautiful. Will be going again.

Great place

Great location on a laid back section of beach. Enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed. Lots of nice restaurants nearby with large variety. Super relaxing vacation which is exactly what we were looking for.

Our second stay, as good as the first

Good location, traffic that part of Perdido Key isn't as bad as locations to the west. Nice comfortable condo, really like that balcony with view of the Gulf.

Great Location

The unit was perfect for us, location was great and only a few steps to the beach. The owner was very kind and easy to communicate with. Check in/out was simple. We didn’t have any issues. We will definitely stay again.

Not as expected

We rented this condo for the beautiful location next to the state park and gorgeous beach.Unfortunately, when we arrived, it was clear that while the floors and beds had been cleaned, other areas had not--toilets were soiled, sinks had toothpaste, counters/surfaces had visible dust/marks, and comforters had stains. We kindly let the owner know, as requested in condo instructions. Despite the cleaner returning, a short time with a spray bottle and cloth was not enough to address that a deeper clean was needed. We again kindly let the owner know about the areas with continued concerns.The response to this was different than we expected, as the owner replied that they had never had a concern like this. We found this confusing, as other reviews had mentioned the condo needing a deep clean in the past. We felt that we had to let the owner know, as directed in the condo instructions, as they may not be aware or could assume that we had left a mess. Unfortunately, the owner did not respond when we explained why we had brought these concerns up. We did not ask for a deep clean during our stay (nor was it offered), as communication was already uncomfortable and addressing this was taking away from our time. We expect a level of wear, but the overall cleanliness, along with staining of linens and furniture, was different than we have experienced in many other VRBOs. Without further communication to help us understand, we were left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Nice unit especially if you want to be away from the crowds. Unit was exactly as shown in pictures. There is a problem with sliding glass door but owner assured me he has a new door on order.

Great location

The condo complex is very well taken care of. The location to the beach is just a very short distance and the complex is close to several great restaurants and shops. The unit itself could use a little upkeep. It was very dusty on lampshades, overhead lights and the guest bathroom vanity. The air vents are also concerning with black growth on them. I'm unsure what it was but as a person with allergies to most everything I had to use my emergency inhaler multiple times a day while in the condo. But again the location and proximity to the beach was ideal. This complex is right next to the public beach access, which does increase beach traffic to the right of the complex.

Super place on the beach - great host

Very comfortable condo. Nice location on the beach close to restaurants, NAS, etc. Host is exceptional - we had a minor issue with something in the condo which the host fixed within hours. Will return hopefully soon, it was that nice.

Beautiful Location

This is a very nice location. The unit was clean and had amenities that we could use; coffee maker, fridge, etc. A few simple upgrades could make it much more enjoyable; The back sliding glass door is very hard to open and shut, if not replacing it, just adding a handle would be helpful. Things like new towels, a regular garbage can in both bathrooms, a few more glasses in the kitchen, could go a long way. We very much enjoyed our stay and Paul was a good host. Thank you!

Living in Pensacola, we wanted a place to go to on the beach. Perdido Key was always a favorite with its great beach and laid back life style. We were fortunate to find our little condo and used it a lot before moving to Perdido Key in our residence on the river. Every once and a while, when the condo isn't rented we used it for a night or two to enjoy being right on the beach.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Côté de Mer (means "On The Beach"). it's a spacious and airy all-on-one 1st level 1250 square foot unit located in small two-story private beach front condominium that comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults + 2 children in 2 bedrooms. It's kitchen and large family room are centrally located between the two bedrooms. Every room except one of the bedrooms have a view of the beach, Gulf of Mexico and/or Old River. The Côté de Mer's master bedroom and family room share a deck that looks out over the beach and the clear blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Kitchen and dinning area have a deck that looks out over the "Ole River" side of Perdido Key. Golf (just up the road), boating, fishing & blue-crabbing along with many other attractions are also right here for you. Shopping and dining abound and are easily reached by car or walking.
