This impeccable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, all tile condo sleeps 6 with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room, giving plenty of space to relax for family and friends! There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home and more. For all you coffee lovers, this unit offers a drip coffee maker. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf of America from the living room and dining areas. What a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee or a mimosa, while watching the sunrise. Enjoy the SeaSpray amenities, including 3 swimming pools, a hot tub, newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts, a marina with a boat slip, and a well-equipped beachfront fitness center. Come relax in this fine condo and dig your toes in the sand!
Must be 25 to rent.
Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee is $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.

We keep coming back every year.

Sea Spray is a great condo close to everything, not too busy and the staff is always above accommodating. We come back to Sea Spray every year because it’s the only place in Perdido Key that feels like home.

Perfect Get Away!!!

We love everything about the area and the condo was amazing. Kitchen was well stocked and the view of the ocean from the big windows was beautiful! Would recommend for anyone wanting to get away from high populated areas for rest and relaxation. And the ladies in the office were very nice and accommodating, and made the check in/out process easy.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and exactly as pictured. We visited during the month of October, so there were no crowds and it was very quiet. Beach access was excellent. The view from the room was spectacular. I have zero complaints!

Great complex

We enjoyed our stay & truly didn't want to leave! The elevator was always fast, the beach service was great.... just an overall good experience. We will definitely go back!

Wonderful view-Comfy furniture was a plus

We loved this condos layout. It was really perfect for our group of 4. We had everything we needed and this stretch of beach is simply perfect. The only improvement I would suggest is better ventilation for humidity in the shower/bath.

Beach Vacation

The building seems older, but is updated nicely. The location is great. The beach wasn't crowded. There are homes on both sides of Seaspray so the amount of people is less than a hotel next door. One thing when we stayed is one of the elevators wasn't working. Overall super good stay. We would stay again.

Fall vacay 2023

Nice, clean property and condo. The condo was great, well equipped and fantastic view. It was quiet and family oriented. My only, very small issue is I wish they had keypads instead of a key. Overall 5 stars though. We had a great time!

Annual Summer Beach Vacation

We’ve been staying at Orange Beach Perdido area for over 30 years. This is a great place. The windows and balcony overlooking the beach were awesome. The unit has 2 recliners by the windows and you can sit in the cool air conditioning and watch the beach. The only issues were some cleanliness issues. The wifey said the floor wasn’t as clean as expected upon arrival and some of the dishes were put up dirty. One item that is different from any other units we’ve stayed at is the grill area is across the street. We typically grill at least 2 times during our vacation week. And, it’s behind the Riverside unit. So driving across the street then lugging all you cooking items is a chore. There is an asphalt area adjacent to the grill and boat launch area. It is obvious that it is for guests that need to use the area to back up and launch their boats. It is marked as No Parking. I did park there to unload and grill. “Karen” informed me that I couldn’t park there. I explained that I would definitely move if someone needed to launch a boat. Then she proceeded to tell the building manager on me. So look out for her. The locals aren’t friendly.

Love Perdido Key

The front door key/lock needs maintenance-very difficult to turn. The condo was pretty basic. Decor is lacking. Floors need a deep clean - feet and socks turned black from walking on our first night there. Only had 4 washcloths upon arrival-front desk supplied additional upon request. Living room couch and recliners showing their age/worn in spots but still usable. Loved being able to recline and look out at the ocean simultaneously. Ceiling fan and light in living room never worked. There was plenty of other lighting but the fan would’ve been nice to use. Loved the pool and proximity to the beach/ocean. Loved the quiet location. Will be back but may choose a different condo.

We loved the easy access to pool area and the beach. The grounds were clean and maintained.

We stayed here and loved the condo and the view. We were so shocked about the mattress in the master bedroom. It was so worn out and spotted with filthy stains. We complained but nothing was ever done. We went and bought an air mattress so we could lay down without hurting. The mattress had a weird smell like someone had sprayed it with air freshener to cover the smell. Other than that the condo was nice. I would love to stay again but I don't see where they have said anything about replacing the mattress.
