This recently remodeled and updated condo is nestled in the heart of Hot Springs Village. You will be steps from the Coronado Fitness Center, tennis courts, Lake Coronado and a hiking/biking trail. Enjoy your morning coffee off either of the two back decks and listen to the peaceful sounds of a small creek just down the hill.

Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with all new pots, pans, silverware etc... Hot Springs Village has many restaurants inside its gates and many more just outside, Just a short stroll away is an amazing Italian restaurant.

You will have a parking spot right out front of the condo.

We are Dog friendly. Dogs must be leashed at all times while outside and all pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. Dogs MUST remain with their owners or be crated if left alone.
There is an $100 pet fee and two dog max. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.

Upstairs is the living and dining area, kitchen and half bath and upper deck with grill. Downstairs are two bedrooms, the full bath, washer and dryer and lower deck.

There is a Ring Doorbell Camera beside the front door.
