Small, inexpensive apartment, 2 bicycles included *. 1 combined living room with kitchenette plus bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony facing south-west, we cannot offer a sea view, but who wants to spend their vacation at the window ;-) Baltic Sea beach in approx. 700 m, the beautiful pier with diving gondola in approx 900 m, thermal baths 'Ahoi' only approx. 100 m and train station Sellin Ost of the narrow-gauge railway 'Rasender Roland' only approx. 200 m away, restaurants, cafés, shops in the immediate vicinity, very good bike path network, good bus connections to all important places of the Ruegen Island,
* the bikes (a men's and a women's bike) are in good condition, but of course not the right size for everyone, so this is a free additional offer, we try to keep the bikes always ready for use. Depending on the need for repairs, downtimes can also occur.
As the name 'Lütte Stuv' and the details already indicate, the apartment is not large, but is wonderfully located, inexpensive, well equipped and clean.
Free parking space approx. 700 m away, chargeable parking space (5 euros per day) next to the holiday complex.

From October 2019 to March 2020, elevators will be installed in the system. This can lead to impairments during the day. Since you are mostly out and about during the day, a few days of relaxation may still be possible.
We have reduced the prices due to the possible impairment in the banned period.
