Our beautiful, comfortable double rooms (approx. 20 square meters) feature modern, newly furnished interiors. They can accommodate 2 guests and one child up to 3 years old in a travel crib. The room features a comfortable double bed with a sleeping height of 60 cm, along with nightstands and reading lamps, a wardrobe, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. As an extra, there is also a mini-refrigerator and a small safe in the room.

The accessible bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, towel warmer, hair dryer, and toilet.

Fresh towels are provided upon arrival, and the beds are already made with linens. Rooms are not cleaned daily, but only after checkout! A travel crib can be provided upon request for a fee. Please specify this when booking.

These rooms have Wi-Fi. This service is provided free of charge.

A travel crib for children can be added to your reservation for a fee, subject to availability. Breakfast is not served at the property. However, there is a bakery/café in the neighboring building that offers breakfast options.

Due to changes in occupancy, you may be assigned a different apartment number upon arrival; this apartment will be identical in size and amenities to the one you booked.



Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin!

Our vacation rental, featuring several apartment units, is located in an excellent spot in the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, close to the beach, accommodating 1–2 adults and 1 child in a travel crib, living/bedroom, TV, shower/toilet, some with a balcony, parking, Wi-Fi, and a hotel elevator). The deluxe rooms also feature a mini-refrigerator and a safe.

It’s about 600 m to Sellin’s promenade, Wilhelmstraße, with its classic seaside resort architecture. At the end of this street lies the beach with the famous Sellin pier, featuring the diving bell and the dock for boat tours. The second fine-sand southern beach on the Baltic Sea is only about 500 m away.

The Baltic Sea resort of Sellin is part of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, featuring magnificent, unspoiled nature. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous biking and hiking trails leading to impressive sights on the beautiful island of Rügen. There’s so much to discover!

Right next to the property, you’ll find a large water park with a sauna area, a bike rental shop, a bakery, a supermarket, and a laundromat. In this Baltic Sea resort, a wide variety of restaurants, bistros, cafés, and shops ensure a diverse selection and a true vacation atmosphere. Here, you can enjoy the charm of the “Golden Twenties” during your vacation on Rügen.

Several times a day, the free resort train—which stops right next to the house—takes you to nearby attractions, such as Sellin’s South Beach, the water park at Seepark, and the harbor on Lake Sellin, to name just a few.

If you book the linens package, the bed will be made upon arrival, and 2 hand towels and a bath towel will be provided. All rooms are accessible via the hotel elevator. Rooms are not cleaned daily, but only after checkout! A travel crib and/or high chair can be added to your reservation for a fee, subject to availability. Breakfast is not served at the hotel. However, there is a bakery/café in the neighboring building that offers breakfast.

Our property is easily accessible by public transportation (the stop is only 40 m away).

One parking space per apartment room next to the property can be reserved for a fee.
