The residence is equipped with a full kitchen, dining room, a small office, laundry with washer and dryer, three and a half baths, living room with TV, and a terrace that has wonderful views of the beach.
Hacienda Beach Club & Residences is an amazing private luxury home community that offers hotel-like services, with several amenities like a beach club with infinity pools, jacuzzies, a restaurant, fitness center, pickleball courts, kids club, spa, putting green, complimentary use of paddleboards, kayaks, and snorkel equipment, etc.

Everything about our stay here was amazing. I don’t have one single complaint. Our host was very responsive and attentive. The beds were amazing, the house was beautiful. There’s a small cafe on site to get faster lighter options for food and coffee. It was in walking distance to everything convenient. The pool area is beautiful and the staff are amazing. Everyone was very kind and happy to see us. I booked this in a hurry and didn’t do much research but It far exceeded my expectations

Top quality staff and amenities. The unit was nothing short of spectacular and communication with the host could not have been better. My wife and I visited with our kids ages 19, 15, and 13 and had a great time. We have visited Cabo many times, but this unit knocked it out of the park! Do yourself a favor and book it!

Great unit!

Close to the pool and beach. Very clean with comfortable beds. WiFi was weak though. Loved our welcome treats and beers! Nicely decorated and clean!

5+ Star experience

We visit Cabo about 4-5 times a year and have stayed in various places. This property does not disappoint. The location is perfect and the unit was amazing. Clean, spacious and has all the amenities you could want for a perfect vacation. Miguel made everything so easy and seamless for us! We cant wait to go back!

Amazing

This is our second time to stay at Hacienda Beach club. Both times have been fabulous. The staff was attentive, the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained and love the location. Everything about this place a perfect for a couples get away or family vacation. The resort restaurant was delicious with a low key yet upbeat vibe in the evenings and we loved being close to the marina. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic stay at the Hacienda Beach club!

We really enjoyed staying in this unit. As there were reviews about the AC unit not working I wanted to point out that we had no issues at all. The unit is nicely appointed. My only very slight negative is that the ocean facing balcony is smaller and enclosed which obstructs some of the view compared to other units we have stayed in but this was a very minor issue overall.

Great unit and location

Clean and nicely decorated. Had an issue with the Wi-Fi and a/c when we checked in and both were taken care of within 15 minutes and we did not have any other issues the rest of the trip. Alonso, the concierge was always a message away and made sure to respond immediately. He had the the groceries we had requested when we checked in and had a wonderful welcome chips, guacamole and salsa platter ready.

Beach Paradise

Our trip to Cabo was nothing short of perfection. from the moment we arrived, we were treated so special! The property and location are beautiful, and the Villa was stunning! Clean, stocked with everything, spacious and the views incredible! Our host Miguel made everything easy and even greeted us as we arrived at the villa with appetizers and drinks. He will help book reservations to anywhere you want to go. I would highly recommend this property and location if you want to visit Cabo, and I will definitely be returning to this property and Villa again! Thank you, Miguel and Hacienda Beach Club...you did not disappoint!!

Amazing!!

This unit was amazing!! Well appointed & amazing luxury. Would stay here forever! One note… if you want to brew your own coffee in your room, you need to bring it. They do serve coffee at the concierge at no charge, but not provided in the room. This resort is perfectly located on a swimmable beach but also has 2 large infinity pools overlooking the ocean. So no need for sand if you don’t want it! The food at the resort is ok. We didn’t try everything, obviously, but what we got was a bit disappointing… and the price was crazy expensive. As expected, I guess. Better food off property. But overall, we would stay here a million more times!! We absolutely loved it!!

First time in Cabo

The area and resort had been recommended by friends and did not disappoint. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. One of the best stocked kitchens we've ever had in a VBRO. Beds were very comfortable. We pre-ordered groceries which were waiting for us on arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was gorgeous and the beach was amazing. Medano is the only real swimmable beach in the area. Location of the resort allowed us to walk to many restaurants in town and cabs and Uber were always around when we needed one. Everything is very expensive at Christmas time but highly recommend.

Pool area was great and beach was not crowded. Building 4 and 5 are definitely the best buildings. They are close to the pool and away from the noise. Ivan was great and very responsive.

Wonderful Resort, LOTS of Issues With This Unit

I have been hesitant to leave a negative review from my most recent trip to The Hacienda Beach Club because I visit here often (this was my 10th stay) and I love the resort. That being said, I have emailed the property managers directly and through VRBO to try to address the issues with our stay, and both messages have gone ignored. Upon arrival, we realized it was HOT in the unit (it's August in Mexico). We were assured that the AC was working. Within a few hours, it was very evident that it wasn't. The main living area/kitchen was still 76 degrees, despite us setting the thermostats to 68. The same with the 3 bedrooms. We called the property manager who had a portable unit brought into the den for the night - a part needed to be ordered and would not arrive until 2 days later. That cooled off the den, but it was attached to the side patio and the door to the outside had to be sealed, so we were unable to use that patio the entire time the portable unit was used. Additionally, it was not enough to cool the space off. We tried to cook appetizers and the whole unit was unbearable again. And the bedrooms were not receiving any of the AC coming off of the one small unit in the den. We couldn't cook a meal in the kitchen because it was so hot, and we couldn't blow dry our hair because there was no AC in the bedrooms. It was NOT ideal.We spoke to the managers multiple times and had service men in and out of the unit serval times within the first 3 days. We asked to be moved to another unit - there was nothing available that was owned by this property manager to be moved to. They offered to refund us 2 nights of the stay, with the promise that the AC in the entire unit would be fixed by our 3rd night. The service men came for the 4th time, they cut a massive hole in the ceiling and said the unit was fixed and the place should start to cool. NOT one thermostat ever got below 74 degrees for our ENITRE stay, despite being set to 68. It was hot. The entire time. In addition, we had to deal with constant calls to the managers, were left with a giant hole in the ceiling after having to allow service men in multiple times, and all of their supplies/cut out dry wall was just left for the duration of our stay. A kitchen cabinet came off the hinges, the bed frames were not attached to the walls or beds. The unit is just not in good shape/up to par with the resort. It was highly uncomfortable and we had no choice to stay in it. We should be refunded

Wonderful property in best area. Convenient to marina, shopping, restaurants, yet secluded and lush.

My second stay at la hacienda residences. Wonderful! Our unit was beautifully designed, well stocked with primo kitchen appliances, housewares, linens. Fabulous view of the sea and all the water activities.

Great location- even better service

Property location was perfect, close to town and walking distance to some top spots. Resort staff was accommodating, friendly and overall some of the best we’ve had. Resort food was all wonderful. Miquel did a great job setting up reservations, COVID test and breakfast chef. Would recommend to friends!

Another great stay

Everything was as expected. Hacienda Beach Club is the best spot in Cabo. Staff at the Hacienda is fantastic. Food and drinks are fantastic. Manny always finds us a great spot by the pool. Only issue is slow and spotty internet in the unit if anyone is trying to work remote back to the states on vacation.

Amazing stay!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Amazing location, very well maintained, well stocked with everything if you want to cook or have a chef come in to prepare meals and the property host was always available and very attentive to detail. We will definitely stay here in our next Cabo trip!!
