Things to Note:
• September is construction month at Villa La Estancia; please note this when booking dates in Sept.
• Spring Break and Christmas Break have 7 night minimums and need to be booked Saturday to Saturday. Please reach out if you are looking for flexibility with these dates!

- Relax and unwind in style at Villa La Estancia, a 5-star resort located on Medano Beach, which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. 
- The lavish Cabo resort affords guests all of the amenities of a 5-star resort while enjoying the comforts of your own home. 
- A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. They will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, and shop for groceries! (extra charge for shopping and groceries)
This elegantly Mediterranean decorated 3000 sq. ft. villa plus 1000 square feet of wrap around terrace features a fully equipped kithen which include a breakfast bar, a roomy dining area, a full size refrigerator, microwave,coffee maker, blender and pantry. A washer/dryer are conveneiently located and concealed off the kitchen area. 
There are two Master Suites each with a king bed and pillow top mattress, his and her sinks, jacuzzi tubs, and sitting areas with a balcony entrance. The Guest suite provides two Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath.  
There are flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans, and individual thermostats in the main rooms. The living area has a pull-out sofa bed that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
For your outdoor enjoyment a large terrace provides a fully furnished dine-in area complete with a gas grill, wet bar and private jacuzzi!
*This property offers every other day maid service.
The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful glimmer of the sapphire blue Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens. Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. Building 2 directly overlooks the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea. This ideal location is only a short walk away from the town of Cabo San Lucas. You can either walk the beach, the sidewalks, hop in a taxi or water taxi.

Beautiful high end villa. A few minutes after our check in owners concierge rang the bell and prepared fresh guacamole, salsa, chips and fresh made margaritas. Wonderful welcome.

lovely stay with beautiful view

We went with extended family (kids, adults and seniors). we all had a wonderful time. the unit is beautiful, with a great layout and amazing views of the water. each room has its own bathroom and great view. the deck is outstanding and the hot tub just adds to this. there was a lot for everyone to do at the resort. the staff was very responsive and helpful.

Awesome Oceanfront Stay

If you were looking for a tranquil getaway on the porch of the sea of Cortez with awesome views of El Arco then this is your spot. Plenty of room for everyone and the views are breathtaking. Bring your camera for the awesome moon rise shots over the ocean.

Luxury - home away from home!

We loved the location, view, amenities, layout, and extras! This is a phenomenal property that is perfect for families or friends. It's nice to have the option of relying on the resort or to be able to use it as an independent apartment (cooking, etc.). We can't say enough about this property.

Amazing property

We loved our trip at Villa 3201. The villa is amazing and incredible views. Loved the property too. Employees are so kind!!! Convenient taxi ride to marina and fishing was great!!! We will be back!

Perfect Family Getaway

Perhaps the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed in. Seven days with our family of seven including our 19 month old grandson. All three bedrooms en-suite. Kitchen and BBQ ready to go. Patio and hot tub were perfect - views of El Arco and beach was breathtaking. We will definitely be returning

Amazing Place!

The villa itself - outstanding. We didn't have the best of weather - but who cared! We had the best time and with 9 of us between 2 places - we happily hung out in our place, hot tubbed and watched the madness. The staff couldn't have been nicer - I recommend having it provisioned...and if Lilly is your concierge - her guac is outstanding. We had everything we needed - definately coming back!

Spacious unit with amazing view!

Loved this unit. Plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. Love the large balcony and common areas. Hosts were responsive and loved the welcome margaritas and homemade guacamole - so delicious! Only real complaint is that the hot tub on the balcony was luke-warm but we didn't bother reaching out to hosts as it really wasn't that big of a deal. Thank you for a great stay!

Could not ask for a better spot!

With views all around and huge sliding patio doors and balcony with a hot tub, this was so beautiful and relaxing. The beach is right there, you can see, hear and smell the ocean. The villa had everything we needed and was roomy and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend the personal concierge and having a chef cook dinner in the villa. I also think this is the located in the absolute best part of Cabo to be in and the staff at the resort was also very friendly and helpful with everything.

Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Our group of 3 adult women plus our 80-year-old mom had the most wonderful time in this unit. We were nearly brought to tears when we first walked in as the beauty of the corner window overlooking the hot tub overlooking the sea was simply breathtaking. The staff was wonderful. We were greeted by Oscar within 15 minutes of arriving and he treated us to salsa and guacamole made by his wife. Housekeeping came daily and ensured we came back to perfect accommodations each night. We had a minor issue with a cool hot tub but after 2 requests, they got it heated and continued to check in on it to make sure it was resolved. We played endless cards on the wonderful patio. The beds/linens, towels, kitchen were all outstanding. Stop shopping and book this unit! You’ll not be disappointed.

Unbelievable Property and View

We have stayed at this property several years. This was our second time renting this particular Villa. The view and the sliding glass doors that go back into the wall are to die for…. You won’t be disappointed. Every suite can see and hear the ocean from their room. Excellent location on Medano Beach. We did all inclusive for 4 days of our 7 day vacation. The staff at this hotel are EXCELLENT as well. Not a single complaint,. 5 stars all around!

A Stunning Property

This villa is perfect. When our bellhop told us we had the best villa in the resort, we thought he was exaggerating. He wasn’t. The deck and hot tub area are fantastic, more than large enough for our group of three couples to have as much space as we wanted. The inside is beautifully decorated, the kitchen well-appointed, and the outdoor grill a wonderful touch. All the bedrooms were great, so nobody had to “settle”. Daily maid service kept the place spotless; these folks works so hard, and always with a gracious smile. The heated pool was sweey, the beach wonderful, and of course very proximate to the marina (either a .7 mile beach walk or a short cab ride). We did have an unfortunate glitch (sort of the “stuff happens” type), but I found the management folks to be beyond nice, so apologetic, and only concerned with making sure our stay was amazing. Things go wrong, but what matters is how people react to that. I can’t imagine we won’t be back to stay here, and could t recommend it enough.

Absolute amazing villa

From the time we landed everything was perfect . The transportation was there waiting for us , we made a quick stop at the grocery store to pick up some incidentals, even though we had the villa stocked for us upon arrival which I highly suggest. Joanna, our concierge was available constantly. She was absolutely amazing. We called for last minute in Villa massages and manicures and she was able to get them booked for us the same day. we were called daily to see if we would like to have made service which we didn’t need. The villa is very well stocked for your own cooking in the kitchen if you so desire. The food was very good at all of the restaurants that we utilized throughout all three properties the villa was comfortable clean. The beds were very nice and the views are always stunning. We will definitely be going back again. This was our first trip to Cabo, and we fell in love. Kudos to Joanna our concierge to B&B transportation, and that puts forth all their efforts on a daily basis. You’re always greeted with a smiling face and a hand to the heart highly suggest this.

The property was very nice but in need of a facelift. Interior was tired.

There was a leak in the ceiling for our entire stay. BBQ was not in good working condition. The property rental company Jane was very good to try and remedy the situation. Rentals at that price should always have the basics included. Paper towel, salt, pepper, laundry soap and dish soap

- Villa La Estancia is a full ownership resort, not a time-share. 

 - All villas face the Sea of Cortez and surround the Infinity Pool in a “U” shape.

 - Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.

 - Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.

 - Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.

 - Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.

 - There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables. 

 - There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.

 - Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc.,  

 - Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.

 - Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure.

 - Please restrict all smoking to the terrace area only. Fines of $500 will be charged if smoking occurs in the villas. 

 - Air conditioners will not operate if the sliding door (s) is open.

 - All Villas have full baths in all Bedrooms and a full guest bath off the living area.  

 - Master suites have Jacuzzi tubs.

 - All villas have hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex & TP.
