We had a fantastic stay!! The condo was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Our housekeeper was excellent and took fantastic care of us during our stay.

Had a really wonderful stay with family of all ages, including 82 yr old mother-in-law! Tough to find 4 beds and 4 bathrooms and this place is even more beautiful than the photos. Bedrooms are good sized and location is right on the beach. Concierge Andrés was so helpful and available for all things large and small. He arranged a scuba trip for us that was a highlight of the trip. Lots of dinners out (Dugarel, Si Señor, Brujo Playa, Miguel Angel)!but also enjoyed rotisserie chicken dinner night from Pollo Buzzo in the condo and there was room for everyone to play card games, watch netflix or read on the balcony. Housekeeping was terrific and scheduled as needed. Pool was a highlight. Open until 10 not crowded, beautiful sunset view. Great relaxing vacation because this place is managed so well!!

Very good

can not explain all the great things but it was GREAT to be in walking distance to all the places to eat. With 7 adults we saved mucho dinero by not needing to rent 2 taxis to go eat and then again get back. Even with 10 days we did not eat at all the places...just had to visit some more than once.

Great condo in a great location

Wonderful condo in a great location. We were 6 adults who enjoyed staying in this end of Bucerias in this newere condo. Great views from the 5th floor and with the open wall window on the south side got to see both the sunrise and the sunset. Would gladly stay again.

Beautiful beach getaway

This is a wonderful location right on the beach. It is a safe neighborhood and the condo was very clean and furnished with contemporary style higher end furnishings. It was comfortable with an immaculate view of the ocean and mountains from our balcony, easy walking distance to the market restaurants and church. We can’t wait to come back and book this condo for our next vacation again soon!!

Great staff and location

Staff was very responsive. The unit was in fantastic condition. We loved the quick walk to everything we needed without the noise. We were all very happy with the entire experience.

Magnificent stay‼️ Condo and location are excellent. Building and pool amazing. Only suggestion is to add an instruction book for guests in the condo with English instructions for TV, safe, check out procedures, etc.

Great Condo

The condo was exactly as the pictures showed. Everything was clean and beautiful. Lots of space and very well equipped. Daily maid service was much appreciated. Sara (the property manager) was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Outstanding property

Our stay at Casa del Mar was incredible. The concierge, Andres, connected with us prior to our arrival to make arrival easy and was available throughout our stay to suggest local restaurants and excursions.Andres welcomed us at the door with freshly made pico de gallo, guacamole and margaritas.The property rental company provides airport transportation and grocery shopping services, allowing for easy roundtrip transport to the condo/airport and arriving to a stocked kitchen.The condo unit itself was perfect, with a large balcony overlooking Bahia de Banderas.Isabel kept the unit spotless and her schedule was flexible, attending on the days that we requested.The pool area was excellent, with plenty of seating. Also, the condo has 3 medium sized coolers in the storage area that are available to use.The building is a 5 minute walk to Centro Bucerias and numerous restaurants.I would definitely return to Casa del Mar.

My Husband and I have stayed in Bucerias for 2 weeks for the past 4 years. We have stayed in various Beach Front condos and this one did not disappoint. The service provided by our personal Conciege, including the delivery twice of groceries, water replenishment and various other items requested was absolutely top notch, timely easy. The location was perfect and the appointment of the Condo was great however with a couple of misses to be noted but minor. No loungers on the deck - only couches and a table and chairs, no BBQ either just shared BBQ by the pool and mildy inconvenient. We requested cleaning of the condo twice. The first time was fantastic, the second cleaning was terrible. In Fact I don’t think the cleaner did anything but sweep. Minor irritations but worth a mention. Overall the best 2 weeks we had all year in every wat!!

LOVELY VIEW

This condo has an amazing view from the balcony and the condo is clean, wonderful and beautiful. Pool and beach that are 'right there' are fantastic. The building feels safe. the only negatives are that 1. there are a few broken things i.e. blender, the sinks only run warm/hot water if you are running dishwasher or shower at same time. barbecue was broken - although fixed relatively quickly, washing machine smells very moldy and icky, tv would not connect to computer despite 2 young adults who are very tech savvy having a go at it. 2. when you need something, it often takes awhile to get. for example, we ran out of filtered, drinkable water late one evening, there was no 'warning' it would run out. The manager did bring it, but not til about 14 hours later....not a huge deal, but I wish there was a way to know we'd need new water. When we couldn't get tv going, texted manager but did not respond til next day and so had to go to bar to watch the NFL semi finals....again none of this is a huge deal and we've been at other VRBO where things did not work, but just good to know that fixes happen, but not quickly. Well stocked pots/pans/dishes but no basic spices, salt, pepper, sugar or those kind of basics (but I know a lot of VRBOs also don't have thoseOn the positive side, they offer daily housekeeping at no extra charge. we only used it once, but it was spotless afterwards. again, views, and property, and area itself is 10/10....just a few snags that maybe need fixing.

An Elegant Beach Respite!

This was a beautiful location. Beautiful building. Breathtaking views from the lobby and the condo. Super easy living. It lives even better than the photos! Quiet. Private. Great pool. Nice neighbors. Easy access to the sandy beach! Great barbecue area. Everything feels well made and elegant. Easy walking throughout the community. Lots of great taco stands and other food in the Old Town / El Centro portion of Bucerias. You can get cash for good fees up at Satander Bank on the 200. If you a seeking a quiet town and plan to stay in the area you will really love this place. It feels far away from the maddening crowd of Puerto Vallarta! Fatima, our housekeeper, took good care of us! We are thinking of buying in either the area or the building. Thus, we greatly underutilized Sara the Concierge since we were more interested in how it would feel to live there instead of being tourists and needing help with services. Things not to be missed: La Negra for an evening meal. A walk with an eye towards art in the Golden Zone. La Cruz Domingo Mercado. La Cruz de Huanacaxtle Fish Market (if you like to cook). ProTip: Make sure you get a photo of the entrance! The cabs coming from the aeropuerto and Jalisco PVR don’t know where it is and there isn’t a number on the building. Ask for the entire address! That is one thing that could have been smoother. Being able to access the check-in information through the VRBO app.

Beautiful condo on the beach!!

The property manager met us at check in with a wonderful spread of guacamole, pico, chips, margaritas, and lemonade. The condo is absolutely gorgeous!! We had a group of 18 year old girls and their moms spread between this condo and another one just down the street. It was a perfect location and everyone one had a wonderful time.
