Amazing house - unreal privacy and views. Everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommend and would go back every summer!

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous and spacious property. The views were stunning! It was a treat to be on a private beach. The house was well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed, which is unusual in a rental. The property manager was responsive and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting again in the future.

The house was an good place for our party of 7. The configuration of rooms and bathrooms was perfect. The house was clean and communication with the host was excellent. The major drawback back to this property is that the beach is all stones!! There is no way you can build sand castles. Swimming there is impossible as you can’t walk safely into the water because the rocks make it too risky for a slip and fall. If you want to spend time at sandy beach you will have to pack up and drive to another beach.

We’re so glad to hear that your group of seven enjoyed the home, found the bedroom and bathroom configuration to be a good fit, and appreciated the cleanliness and communication. We’re sorry to hear that the natural shoreline wasn’t what you were expecting. The beach does have a rocky shoreline, particularly along the water’s edge, but there is also a good amount of sandy beach area that many of our guests enjoy for relaxing and building sandcastles. The shoreline can also vary with the tides and conditions. We will consider adding a suggestion to the description that guests who plan to spend a lot of time in the water bring water shoes, as they can make navigating the natural rocky areas more comfortable and secure. We appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future!

AmazingPlace!

The house was great. Located on a very private area on the beach. The beach was very private and It was great for the family Vacation. House is very well maintained and very clean. Property managers are vwry responsive and check in process was so easy. Beautiful house with plenty of space and great views of the water. Beach is a Rocky but waves were calm. Perfect location for a family vacation. We will Be back!

Great Family Bacation Home

Our 3 generation family of six adults and three children, ages 8, 6 & 4 thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and well equipped beach house. The location was quite private with miles of beach to walk, build sand castles and bonfires, all very special. The bay was very calm most days, although a bit “pebbly”, so wear water shoes! As the hosts, we enjoyed the huge top level 2 room suite with a second full bath and balcony, a real treat. The furniture (inside and out) was both comfortable and functional for our group. Lastly, the kitchen was very well equipped for morning meals either in the dining room or large labor on the deck. Overall a great experience.

The house and location was amazing. 100% turnkey where you only need to bring clothes, sunscreen, toiletries, food and drink. Only watch out or wish I knew was the big situation. Mosquitos were horrible once it became dusk and could not sit outside for dinner or hangout in the evenings. They were also really bad early morning out front when walking the dogs.

Beautiful beach house

House was nicer than the photos, which is rare. Interior decoration is beautiful and stylish throughout. Layout is nice: 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, then a second floor with an open-plan kitchen and living room that opens directly out to porch and the path to beach, and a top floor with a large sitting room and a great master bedroom. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Had a few minor plumbing issues—one toilet overflowed; a small leak in kitchen ceiling; and a shower knob that broke—but property managers were quick to respond. Location is directly on the beach with fantastic views. Great house for a family of 5 like ours, and space for more than that. Thanks for a wonderful long weekend!
