If you are looking for a tranquil get away with spectacular views and miles of private beach, then this is the place for you. This beach house is nested between Cape Cod Bay and a Marsh providing breathtaking sweeping views of the water and memorable sunsets and sunrise from the deck.

This beach house has a total of 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms.

FIRST FLOOR has (direct entrance -no steps) - 2 Bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with a daybed. One full bathroom with a shower. A sitting area books and games also on this first floor.

TOP FLOOR - Living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with 3 twin beds (trundle Twin), Bathroom with tub/shower combo.

DECK, overlooking the ocean, has a Dining set, Gas grill, Lounge chairs

Linens, towels, and beach chairs are provided. Central Air Condition. Free WIFI.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. It’s a beautiful location and the house is set up perfectly for 2 families. My parents stayed in the downstairs suite and my family of 4 (including 2 young children) stayed upstairs. The beach was perfect and felt private since there were rarely any other people on the beach during our stay.

The house was very well equipped and in an excellent location. Great owner communication. There was one very minor issue which we requested be addressed after we left, and the owner happily accommodated that request. We were pleasanly surprised by the beach - wide and sandy (although it does get rocky closer to the water).

Great stay

Property was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and location was perfect right on the beach. Plenty to do for kids. Deck was perfect to sit out and enjoy the lovely views. Owners were very attentive and responsive to communication.

It was the perfect beach house for the family of 5. We had a nice view of the ocean. The house was an adorable beach house with everything you need. Close to nice restaurants too.

Amazing location!

Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. The communication was easy, the location is unbelievable- beautiful beach directly below the deck and many fun spots to explore nearby. The house was spotless and well stocked. We hope we will be able to return next year!

Wonderful week at the Cape!

Great week. We loved the set up of the house. It works great for different families vacationing together. Also, having the linens and towels available there at the house saved us from having to bring all of them. We just loved everything about this beautiful beach house!!!

Great Family Spot

This property is beautiful! It was very clean and everything clearly labeled at the property. We traveled with my parents and 3 small children (6, 4, 2). The beach was private and right there as you walk off the deck. It was perfect to have our 2 year old nap while the older two kids could keep playing on the beach in the afternoon. We highly recommend renting this house especially if you have small children that nap!

Little Slice of Paradise

We had a wonderful stay! The house was lovely- updated and bright, a gorgeous ocean view, and a large deck with stairs right to the beach! The owners were extremely helpful and responsive to our needs and/or questions. We enjoyed the house, it’s view, the beach, and refreshing ocean (chilly but refreshing during the hot week!) so much that we didn’t venture far or out much the entire week. It was all there, and just a perfect place to spend time with my adult kids and a few of their close friends. A big thank you to Rachael and David.

Sandwich - Perfect Vacation Spot!

This home was the perfect "home base" for our first trip to Cape Cod. While we took many day trips to explore Cape Cod, this home was the perfect place to return to and unwind. The views of the beach and the marsh were stunning. While there are other houses on the road, you really feel like you have your own private beach. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. It is also beautifully decorated. The host was the most responsive and communicative VRBO host I have ever dealt with - she very clearly cared that we had a wonderful stay. I can't say enough great things about the home and the host! We will definitely be back. What a beautiful place to vacation.

Beautiful Stay

Beautiful Home. Very clean and fantastic views. The home had all thr supplies we needed (trash bags, aluminum foil, etc) Rachael was on top of things and made for a great experience. Only neg was that it must have been bug season in the deck..but there was bug spray there. I would definitely rent again. John

surprise vacation

Surprised because pictures of property did not do justice to rental. Over 50 years of rental vacations, this is the cleanest, most sufficiently supplied house we have rented. Except for Provincetown area, most restaurants, lighthouses, and sights are approximately within 30 minutes.

Special Family Time

The weather did not cooperate but the house and location were spot on. My family had time to regroup, mellow out (do jigsaw puzzles), cook and enjoy the kind people in Sandwich. My great granddaughter was with us for 2 days and that was exceedingly special. The downstairs suite was perfect for her and her parents. The property owners were responsive and kind. 92 Salt Marsh Road is a place I would love to come again!

Cozy Beach Getaway

Our recent stay at this property was great! The house was clean and very cozy-it truly felt like a HOME! There were plenty of sleeping options with tons of linens, towels provided, and lots of dishes, cooking supplies, etc. The host has beach chairs and umbrellas for your use, which is great since you are literally steps from your own private beach. The beach itself was VERY rocky. Be sure to pack water shoes! It was also super buggy but nothing some bug spray couldn’t help. The host was extremely helpful and communicated promptly. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Beautiful views!

Overall the house is as seen in the photos and the view is second to none and truly spectacular! The family enjoyed our stay and the beach chairs and towels were a plus. The house was well stocked accept for a lack of paper products. I would also suggest that the landlord clean up the vegetation around the driveway. It makes it difficult to exit and enter the cars and would improve first impressions.All in all it was a lovely vacation.

We apologize for the cleaning service failure to provide you with the roll of paper towel and additional toilet paper as they were instructed. We wish we were made aware of this issue when you arrived and we were in text communication, so we could have provided you with the missing paper goods promptly. Regarding the driveway, perhaps the lower section, which is wide enough to park 2 cars, could have been more convenience for you if you were uncomfortable parking at the top section. Throughout our communications (texts and emails) you continued to tell us how wonderful and memorable your stay was. The location is a rare find. You will be surrounded with stunning open views from the back and front of the house. The house is directly on the beach. You can sit on the deck and watch your kids playing on the beach. It's a private beach, so here you can escape, relax and get mesmerized by the blue of soft waves hitting shore. The other side of the house (front) is a view of beautiful marsh.
The sunsets from the deck are not to be missed - all the pictures on this website by guests and owners represent stunning beauty of a colorful sunset.

Since we bought the house, every room has been renovated, deck expanded and steps to the beach rebuilt.
