New to our rental program - Welcome to Sun Ray’s! This fantastic house is extremely well appointed, thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything you could need for a great family visit to Crystal Beach. Large open living space with plenty of seating fo the whole group, 70” TV for movie night or football. The cook will appreciate the large kitchen and breakfast bar with seating. Also included - WiFi, smart tv’s in all rooms, poker table and games, cargo lift, fully fenced yard, great outdoor space, a view of the gulf and quick access to the beach. Make your plans to book this great house for your family and holiday gatherings.

PRIMARY BEDROOM (KING), BEDROOM 2 (QUEEN), BEDROOM 3 (QUEEN), BEDROOM 4 (2 TWIN/FULL BUNKS), BEDROOM 5 (2 TWIN/FULL BUNKS). PRIMARY BATH (DUAL VANITY, TUB, SHOWER), GUEST BATH (TUB/SHOWER COMBO).

SUMMER SEASON ARRIVAL DAYS ARE MONDAY or FRIDAY AND DEPARTURE DAYS ARE SUNDAY or THURSDAY. (Depending on reservations already set in place) For alternate arrival and departure days, please contact our office.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was great in a location easy access to the beach, it was clean and stocked with everything you would need. It had plenty of room for our extended family. The two bunk rooms were awesome for all the kids. Would definitely book it again. But, few things that need to be fixed: Second fridge in laundry room didn’t work. The Dyson needs a new battery only lasted like 30 seconds a charge. The door shelves in the kitchen fridge. The cardboard was a nice touch, lol.

Family vacation

So close to the beach. Didnt hear outside noise. Our only problem was the microwave didnt work . We used the tioaster oven. There were ample appliances and kitchen utensils. Lots of comments from the family on how nice the house was. Did we leave the house in good condition? Ive never rented like this before.

Family Trip

While we were there the electricity got knocked out so we we’re without power for a couple days. We were there in December so it was cold but we were constantly being checked on. The ladies were very helpful throughout our stay. It’s very close to the beach which the grandkids loved.

Plenty of Space

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sun Ray had plenty of space for the 14 or so of us that stayed. The double bunk bed rooms fit our kids needs. The toys and games were a great addition too! Everything was clean and in great condition. We loved being able to close the gates at night. My only complaints are that the flood lights from the garage were extremely bright and shine intothe master bedroom and I had a very difficult time sleeping. We were unable to turn them off since garage was locked. Maybe install curtains or adjust downstairs lighting . Also, my family did not appreciate having to put sheets on the beds and taking them off. We would have rather paid extra to have to not worry about that.

Sun Ray’s exceeded our expectations! Beautiful home, spacious rooms, great location! Spotlessly cleaned and well maintained. Tastefully decorated. We really appreciate the extra amenities such as hairdryers, phone chargers, etc that were provided.
