This 5bd, 3.5 bath home is only 5 miles from pristine Lake Michigan beaches, Harbor Country, Four Winds Casino and many wineries and breweries. With sleeping for 19, this 3 story home has 3 living rooms, each with its own fireplace, so everyone can relax and enjoy each other’s company-or not. Just a short drive to Lake Michigan's pristine beaches and those charming beach communities along Red Arrow Highway, this cozy home is sure to please everyone in your travel group. Visiting chefs will feel right at home in the fully equipped, spacious kitchen. It's perfect for storing last nights leftovers or brewing up your morning coffee or tea. Dine together in the large dining room with a table for 14 or sit, relax and put your feet up in one of the 3 living areas, each with its own impressive fireplace. Head outside where you can fish on the bank of the Galien River right from the back yard- just bring your poles, follow the steps down to the river and relax on the bench while you enjoy the nature. Or sit on the brick patio, surrounded by nature, and watch the river, while the kids play and enjoy the play area. You could also gather around the fire pit and make some s'mores. Memory Lane's slightly-off-the-beaten-path location lends a peaceful vibe while being steps away from all that Harbor Country has to offer. Just down the lane is Glassman Park, where you'll find that perfect low-key nature walk and many picnic areas to enjoy. In addition, the Galien River offers a kayak launch, as well as kayak and paddle board rentals. It's the perfect location for daily trips to Whistle Stop Grocery, Red Arrow Roadhouse, Union Pier Market, and Black Currant Bakehouse. It is a short drive to New Buffalo - home to Harbor Country's largest marina, a public beach and bustling downtown cafes and shops. Or just a hop, skip and jump away is St. Julians Tasting Room and many other wineries and breweries, making us the perfect location for a couples or girls getaway. Rainy day? Damage Protection Fee:
The damage protection fee is built into your reservation booking total. This fee covers only unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that may occur during your stay. Damages must be disclosed to MEMORY LANE before or upon check- out of your stay. The fee will pay a maximum benefit of $300.00 . Any damages that exceed $300.00 will be charged to the guest. The guest shall be responsible for ALL damages or alterations caused by the guests and damages or alterations caused by any person within the guest’s party during the specified rental period. Should any damages or alterations be noted upon inspection after the guest departure, the guest agrees to pay for the entire cost of repairs. Guest authorizes the credit card on file to be charged If the charges or damages exceed the guest credit limit, the guest agrees to pay the difference immediately.
