Wonderfully located on the Embarcadero Marina, this classic Oregon Coast condo is ready to be your beach base. Ceiling wood paneling and soft ocean paintings throughout will truly put you in the mood to relax. Enjoy morning coffee out on the furnished balcony and take in the view of the marina's boats - you may be able to hear the sounds of nearby seals! Inside, enjoy the galley-style kitchen with full size appliances and plenty of counter space. Take your meals at a modern wooden dining table upholstered for comfort. The main bedroom is spacious enough to feature a king bed and a big-screen TV with a DVD player. But there's plenty of room for everyone to sit down and relax with a show together on the living room's TV. When the weather's good, you're just a short walk away from the charming restaurants, shopping, and beaches of Newport. Let the view inspire you!

You're just under two miles from beach access at Nye Beach, so feel free to wander and explore the town. Yaquina Bay Charters will take you out on the water if you're itchin' to fish. Of course, any visitor to Newport should enjoy some chowder at the original Mo's Seafood & Chowder (just one mile from this condo)

the VIEWS!

Great location to watch boats enter the Yaquina Bay to dock. Lots of wildlife from birds to sea lions coming in close to view! Loved the HIGE table to eat meals with a beautiful view of the bay!

Labor day weekend get away

Place was great but could use some air conditioning. The view was awesome along with the amenities. Bathroom sink could use some unclogging as it was taking away to drain.

Great Place, Great Rate!

Loved the ease of using a Vacasa house for a dun last minute get away to Newport. 1/2 mile from the bay front and a lovely on-site restaurant/bar. Far enough away from the sea lions that you can't hear them from inside with the door closed. Quiet home. Comfortable bed and pillows. Totally clean. Full kitchen--but no back up foods/condiments/etc. Will gladly book this spot again in the future.

Lovely two days

Access to old town on Bay Boulevard; the view; lKitchen well supplied. Saw the regular coffee pot, but did not see the Keurig on top of the refrigerator until the day we left🙃 if you use Kleenex, you need to bring it yourself. a word of warning re: old town- the city has has installed parking meters at a dollar an hour starting at 11 AM.

Great location

There were many things we loved about this condo. The location, the view and the home amenities were great! We were disappointed with the cleanliness though. Many of the dishes, utensils and cutting boards were totally filthy. There was a sauce pan with food stuck to the bottom, a greasy bowl with food stuck to it and the cutting board was completely soiled. There was also a half smoked cigarette in the nightstand. On the plus side, the king size bed is really comfortable. Also, Having Roku was a lifesaver for my kids. The condo had everything we needed. Despite the cleanliness issues I would stay here again.

Nice location. At first it seemed clean but then realized it was fairly dirty. Someone kept trying to open and was banging on the adjacent door to the connected unit (suspect an innocent kid) There was lots of gross hair in the shower, looked like someone shaved and I had to rinse then disinfect the shower before we could use it. There were cans and trash left near the king bed on the floor. There was food spills on the bedding in the main room and my son used the pull out bed and there was dirt, fingernails and m and m candies all over and the comforter we used for him had a lot of brown stains and bad smell. I had to clean some food spills in the microwave and the heater in the main bedroom isnt working. The space heater in the living room is the only working heater so it was working overtime. Other than that, the second night was more quiet and overall the location is convient and we enjoyed relaxing and watching the nice big TV in the living room. Ok stay. The pool is warm and hot tub is a short walk and was nice. I truly never complain but we found it just wasnt as clean or nice as the other places we booked and the noise from the commected unit was really loud. I could hear everything. So overall we likely wont be back because of the cleanliness issues. I did some cleaning. Baseboards in bathroom, shower and inside of microwave. The top of the fridge is thick in dirt and dust but I didn't feel like doing more cleaning. Hopefully this review sparks a good cleaning. Thx

Great view of the bay

Checking in was simple done through a text and app. After entering we immediately noticed a lock missing from the door joining this space to another not a comforting feeling. After a couple of phone calls the situation was fixed within an hour, however, our neighbors were not pleased to find the door unlocked, but it was an opportunity to meet them and hear their experience was off to a worse start than ours. The space overall needs serious updating and the living room chairs were just flat out stained and dirty. The presence of 2 coffee makers was a good start but the coffee did not fit either maker, no mention if this was provided or just left over from other guests. The log provided for the fireplace was a nice touch but without a way to light it, what is the point. The views are actually very good and represented well in the pictures and we enjoyed walking to Bayfront without having to drive and park. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the coast and next time we will just look for better lodging. Fool me once!

Favorite Spot

My family all loved this cute condo. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the view of the marina. We only stayed two nights but it was the highlight of our trip to the Lower 48 from Alaska. Thanks so much!

Cozy Bayfront Room with a balcony

This was a great room to land in for a few days while we explored up and down Highway 101 on the Oregon coast. Room was very clean, quiet, and a great place to come back to after a day of exploring. Check-in was completely contactless and very easy - no complaints. We would get the room again!

Stay for a marathon

We had everything we needed for our stay. We ran the Newport marathon and the finish line was right across the street! Great location in the quaint town and great view of the bay. Clean house and great use of pool and hot tub.

The home was very nice

The first place we had reserved was being upgraded when we arrived and there was no prior communication, It took nearly 4 hours to get moved to another, C202 is awesome we would definitely stay there again but we were disappointed in Vacasa's lack of communication on the construction and the delay in getting another unit. FYI The unit could use salt and pepper shakers (hint) :(

Loved the view

Adorable little one bedroom condo with a view. I highly recommend the restaurant at the complex. Jack Sprats Bayfront restaurant was a big bonus. The food was delicious, the dining room was very nice and the view of the marina was beautiful. We even saw a sea lion swimming up and down in between the boat docks.

Loved the room and the view

The room is very comfortable and the view of the bay is amazing. Access to the pool and hot tub is great, and the proximity to the historic bayfront is very nice.

Clean and cozy

We had a nice two-night stay for a weekend getaway. Check in was easy and it was very clean and cozy. When we arrived we saw a keurig and looked for a regular coffee make since we brought our own coffee. I couldn’t find it so we bought coffee pods from Thriftway. But the next morning we discovered it was a fancy Keurig and required different pods and there was no adapter! My husband who is much taller than me looked again for a coffee maker and thankfully found it in the cupboard above the fridge. Thought I would mention this in case there are any other short people who plan on staying here. Lastly, the mattress and pillows weren’t the most comfortable, but okay for only two nights. Overall, we would stay again, but probably bring our own pillows!
