Pacific Crest 306 - Oregon Beach Vacations

Located in historic Nye Beach, this 1 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo boasts amazing views, a charming nautical theme, and a covered deck – the perfect spot for relaxing with a morning cup of coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the glimmering ocean.

This bright and cozy condo has an open living area ideal for relaxing and gathering with a comfortable sofa, flatscreen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining table that seats 4.

After a day of play at the beach or the seasonal swimming pool, guests will drift off to sleep to the sounds of the nearby ocean. The bedroom has a king bed, a large closet, a flatscreen TV, and a bathroom with a shower.

Additional amenities include a queen sofa bed and 1 designated parking spot.

This oceanfront condo is perfect for a couple or a small family planning a weekend getaway to the Oregon Coast. Come discover all the fun in charming Nye Beach with a stay at Pacific Crest 306.

Please note this condo is located on the 3rd floor, and there is not an elevator at this location to access the 3rd floor.

Central beachside condo

We enjoyed our stay here. Centrally located making it easy to walk around Newport. Easy access to the beach and beautiful views. Very large for a 1 bedroom space.

Great location

Location, location, location. Great spot to watch the ocean, waves & sunsets. Easy walk to the Nye Beach area, restaurants and shopping. Dated, but very livable.

Great location. Comfortable and clean. We expected more board games. Kitchen was fully equipped. Outdated condo but the beds and furniture were the most comfortable I've had at a vacation rental.

Our Condo was right above the beach with wonderful views. The kitchen had every utensil for cooking meals. We walked to Nye Beach which had restaurants, bakeries and shops. The time went too fast. Thank you!

Great location

This was a clean property that provided sufficient accommodations for our exploration of the Newport area. A recommendation for the listing of this property is to make it obviously known that there is no elevator and there are numerous stairs to get to the beach. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Great Views and Location

This was our first time visiting Newport and we are glad we stayed here. The view was amazing and the location was very close to everything. The place was very clean other than some carpet stains. It was hot as we were there during a heat wave and there is no AC. Thankfully we were able to cool down with opening windows and fans were provided.

Just okay

The location of the condo was great being right on Nye beach. But the condo itself was not in great shape when we arrived (not at all properly cleaned). There was also very limited supplies and amenities were the condo and it made it difficult to jump in and feel livable.

Dirty and blood stains on pillow

Stains on the floor, blood stain on a pillow (biohazard), couldn’t use hot tub (being worked on). Just gross, we won’t be back.

Was it even cleaned?

Cleaning crew needs some training. We did the dishes that were dirty but put away in the cupboards. Even wet slimy old food on dishes and in glasses. No soaps in any sink or shower. Just 10 bottles of shampoo. Some cheap coffee packs like in hotels would be standard but there was zero items except a small olive oil bottle and a salt and pepper shaker with zero salt. I also found a couple of loose prescription pills laying about on the master bedroom floor.

Perfect condo for our vacation. The host was very responsive and accomodative, fast WiFi. The condo was exceptionally clean with comfortable beds, making for a perfect stay. Right on the beach, walkable to shops and restaurants.

Very nice property, clean, and a great view of the ocean. Its in a cute little artsy neighborhood with some fun restaurants. We used the hot tub and pool which was nice at the end of a day of sightseeing. The ONLY negative was that there were no sheets anywhere to be found for the sofa bed. I called the answering service to ask for someone to bring sheets and while they were polite, they basically inciated “they would do their best to get someone, but it’s Sunday”. 4 hours later no one had reached back out so I texted the answering service that I was going to Walmart to buy sheets for the sofa bed and expected to be reimbursed for same. I received a canned response that “they would inform their team and sorry for the inconvenience”. 2 days after checkout the only follow up I have received is an email requesting a 5 star review and that if I had any issues to email them instead of leaving leas than 5 stars. I’m sure this was auto generated but it’s annoying that no one bothered to follow up with me on the issue we did have. It’s not a huge deal. The place is great, but it’s clear that the place is run by a management company and not an individual owner, so be governed accordingly in expectations for problem solving. This is something that could have been easily solved with a phone call, a text or an apology and an immediate reimbursement for my cost. Had that occurred, the 5 star review would have been a no brainer.

My second stay in the building, first time in this unit. I would stay again. The location is primo. Loved: Ocean's stunning sounds and views, the sunsets, birds, lighthouse; Within short walking distance (5-10min) - the beach, Nye Beach restaurants and shopping; Kitchen fully stocked and hosts provided a care package of dishsoap, sponge, dishwasher and laundry pods and bathroom essentials; Comfortable furniture including the mattress; Communication from management was frequent and they're open to feedback. Laundry room was clean and has 2 washers and 2 dryers. Each dryer was 1 to dry and I think 1.50 to wash.Cleaning was a 4.5. Some deeper cleaning needed (fridge and kitchen wall wiped down, accent chair, windows, box fan). Sleep: bring a sleepmask if you're sensitive to light in a dark room. The gap above the blackout curtains between the wall and ceiling lets in very bright light from the parking lot lights and it's like daybreak all night.Check-in Tip: before arrival: ask which key lockbox to use and where the keys to laundry, pool, and trash are.There are three levels to the parking lots. If you go up the sidewalk to the "top level" you have one flight of stairs and can see the ocean. Parking spot is on the "first level" and garbage/recycling is near and close to the building. Poolhouse is on "second level". Comparing to another unit we stayed in previous year, this unit could use updating on countertops and decor.

The location was very convenient. The view from our room and balcony was exactly as advertised and worth the price. The unit seemed a little dated but was very clean and well equipped. We had beautiful weather during out stay so we thoroughly enjoyed the ocean view. We took advantage of the hiking nearby, loved the nearby church and we enjoyed the food at each of the restaurants we visited. Our room was quiet and had everything we needed.
