The downstairs 1st floor offers complete privacy with one Queen guest bedroom, flat screen / Smart TV, full bathroom with walk in shower and a Full-size washer and dryer laundry room that is fully stocked.

Up stairs on the 2nd floor you are welcomed with the open spacious living room with luxury chandeliers, a 25’ custom built shiplap gas fireplace, large 70” motorized flat screen TV, plush recliner chairs and a lush large sofa. The living room invites a large group to enjoy the relaxation and warmth of this home away from home. If you like to entertain outside, then relax and enjoy your private terrace. Kick your feet up on your fully furnished open terrace; all framed by the expansive Gulf, the ocean breeze and ocean views. Everyone can relax under the strung lights and enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves.

The 3rd floor also has a chic fully furnished large open terrace. This terrace has several Instagram worthy spots for pictures; It’s clean, bright, cheerful and adorned with strung lights, bohemian egg chairs for reclining and a full size bed swing where you can have memorable conversations with loved ones while hearing the ocean waves. This floor has the finest panoramic views of the entire town and the Gulf Ocean.

You have access to the Sandhill newly renovated pool, Jacuzzi, contemporary bathrooms and outdoor grills and fun palapa’s just a few steps from the house.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, while providing ample parking for your favorite people. You will have 2 assigned parking spots in front of the house. There is a large gas grill on the first floor for cooking outside or if you find yourself in the mood for adventure, you'll have no shortage of gulf-to-table dining and shopping.
