Here’s a professional and friendly response that acknowledges the feedback while minimizing the negative impact: --- Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that parts of your experience didn’t meet expectations, especially as this is our first less-than-stellar review. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, and your comments help us do just that. We’ve made a note to replace the teapot and will make sure our welcome instructions are typed for better clarity moving forward. Mattress comfort can vary greatly from guest to guest, but we’ll certainly take your comments into consideration as we evaluate future updates. We also appreciate your thoughts on lighting and bathroom space and will review how we might improve these areas. We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location near grocery stores and restaurants and hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide a better experience next time.
