New re-decorated kitchen, with granite countertops , 36' putting green, new 65" TCL 4K HD TV, and LG appliances. Pet Friendly!!! New laminate flooring, HUGE POOL 42 feet long, a real pool to swim your laps or just relax sitting in front of the Arizona Sunsets (not heated). Our family welcomes you to our home in Paradise. Check our calendar for availability and we welcome your inquiries and any questions about staying in the best known secret in Arizona, lovely Maricopa.
A fully furnished kitchen with a grill out back makes for many enjoyable meals sitting outside on the patio.
There is full WIFI internet access, HDTV 4K UHD in the living room, or if you prefer, bring along some movies to watch. Also available free NETFLIX, so you will not miss your favourite TV series or shows and movies in the comfort of your home away from home. The house is fully furnished and stocked all you need to bring is your Suitcase and a Smile. Also we welcome your treasured Family Pet in our home also. Master bedroom has a King bed and guests rate its comfort as Excellent.

Great place

Amazing Host, Comfortable House!

We had a fantastic time! This house is so comfortable and in a great location in Maricopa. The kitchen had everything we needed, furniture was comfortable, pool was refreshing and neighborhood was fantastic! We plan to be back soon!

AMAZING 10/10 recommend!!!

We have had an incredible stay pool is beautiful, house and decor are phenomenal. Quite beautiful peaceful escape. Located in a wonderful neighborhood surrounded by things to go and do places to eat and shop! I highly recommend this property! The owner Scott is very very kind and always willing to help with any answers.

Beautiful home, very comfortable, great location, close to the restaurant strip.

We had a great stay at Scott's home, the house felt just like home, it was a great jumping off point for a Golf holiday. It's located close to restaurants, grocery stores, what ever you need. Beautiful home, great back yard with nice sized pool and putting green. We will definitely be back. I would definitely recommend this property.

Beyond all expectations!!

This was our first time renting a vacation home and we were a little nervous about the whole process. The house is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. The owner was wonderful. He even messaged us to make sure we got in the house ok as we were late arriving after a flight delay. Five stars doesn't seem enough to evaluate our stay.

Return customer

This was the second time we were able to rent this house during the Christmas season. It is well stocked with everything you need and Scott is very helpful during the entire process. We love the location as it is in a very nice neighborhood with lots of walking trails and sidewalks. Easy walk to the grocery store. It is quiet and we felt very safe the entire stay. We really enjoyed the backyard. The putting green was fun and relaxing. We would not hesitate to use this property again.

A great place to be quarantined in Arizona

This was a fantastic property and the owner was wonderful and easy to work with. We had some problems with figuring how to operate the TV and sent an email to Scott. He got back to us immediately! We were amazed at the cleanliness, decorating and size of the home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans...everything you would use to make a meal. The pantry had basic seasonings, flour, sugar, etc. We enjoyed putting competitions on the putting green in the back yard and once it got warm enough, enjoyed the pool. There is a nice grill on the patio for cookouts. We originally booked for February and March only, but with the corona virus pandemic, Scott was very accommodating when we asked if we could extend our stay until the end of April. If we go back to Maricopa, we would be thrilled to stay here again. Thank you Scott for a wonderful experience.

Awesome month in Arizona

Wow!! What a great home to have for a month in paradise. This being our 1st trip to Arizona this house became our home and really did add to our visit. It had everything we needed and more. The location for us was great. We went to Sedona to Buckeye to Gila Bend toCasa Grande and many places in between knowing we would return to the tranquility of our home in Maricopa. The moment the key turned in the front door and we caught a glimpse of our away from home home,we knew we had made a perfect decision.....the pictures in no way show how beautiful this home is....and not only that but when you step outside and see the amazing pool,your own private putting green ,great outdoor furniture and the Arizona sky,you know you truly are in paradise. This home is only across the street from walkways that we used daily . Another plus was knowing we could get in touch with the owner if there were any questions and it was reassuring to know he would get back to you almost immediately(guess it is obvious we had questions). Our pet was also welcome-complete with doggie dishes and doormat-so that made a perfect home,yard,location and stay even better!!!

Great house and location

We loved the home and location. We were there the month of March. It was well stocked and very comfortable. It’s a big house with lots of room. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. We loved the back patio. The only downside is the swimming pool situation. There is a big beautiful pool in the back, but is not heated and there is no option to do so. So unless you are there in the summer, it’s a nonfactor as the water was ice cold. We did have access to the community pool, but the main pool was not filled. The lap pool was open, but it is small and was loud and crowded.

Thank-you for your positive review and I am glad you enjoyed your stay at our family home. Most of our guests enjoy the heated lap pool at the clubhouse, but adults need to swim during the morning hours before 1 pm, then families are allowed in.

Fun in the Sun

We had a wonderful time, enjoyed spending time with friends and family. The home is open and bright with a large kitchen that opens to the family room, perfect for entertaining. The pool and putting green were a bonus. It was really great to walk and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood parks and walking trails. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within a few minutes of the home. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We hope we can come again in the future.

Very relaxing

Furniture is getting a little worn . One of the recliners did not function properly. Could use some new towels and washcloths. Carpet could use shampooing .Plus side, master bed is very comfortable. All the drains very slow to drain . We had a great time and owner was very pleasant to work with

I stayed at property but my kids & grandkids visited.

The owner was very nice. The property has everything you could need. They even have shampoo body wash laundry soap you can use the washer and dryer. The only thing I would say is to get a better cable network because there aren't very many channels on the one they have but they do have a smart TV so I was able to watch stuff on Amazon or YouTube or Netflix or Hulu so that was good cuz I am a TV watcher
