In fact the condo is approved to host 9 guests but we like to have our guests enjoy the great quality and comfortable mattresses for 7 guests at this time. I was glad to hear you found the unit comfortable and expressed your happiness throughout your month-long stay. I was, however, surprised and disheartened by your rating. For the past two years, this condo has consistently maintained a 5-star rating from all our guests, who often highlight its comfort and value. We take great care to ensure the listing is accurate, with a detailed description and over 10 photos that show the space exactly as it is, specifically to manage expectations. I am genuinely sorry if the building's environment did not meet your expectations. As you noted, the building is a multi-unit property with many co-owners, and the composition of other residents is something outside of my control as an individual host. Given that we had no communication of any dissatisfaction during your entire stay, this review feels very unfair. We would have welcomed the opportunity to address any concerns in real-time. We pride ourselves on providing a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented home for our guests, and we are confident it remains an excellent value for those seeking a well-appointed stay.
