Gemstone House 14 Bed Rm 11 bath. w/ Pool and lake brand new 30 guests

A brand new home just started July 2021. Total of 20 beds. You will sleep comfortably on $2000 reclining mattresses Sleeps 29 guests you can have 18 adults in 7 king size beds and 2 queen all electric reclining, and 2 full size beds for teens and 9 total twin beds (1 triple bunk bed 2 double bunk beds and a single bunk bed)

Party lights are available in the living room including a great 3D surround sound system and also available party lights in the Diamond club ( 2nd floor) and the pool area. The lights can be synced to the music to greatly enhance the experience. You can choose for Alexa to play any music/ video or song you like. The 85 inch Tv can play any movie or broadcast you would like to watch. And all can be controlled by voice command or use of a remote.  The heated pool and jacuzzi overlooking the pond has 2 large Tvs and Beautiful  furniture and extensive party lighting and ping pong table.

This home is a smart house that uses computer to order by voice to turn lights off and on and TV's and  fans. In addition the theater in which you can order the computer to watch any show you want also with voice command or remote. This house started renting in July 2021, very clean and lots of games . The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and there is a stroller car seat and hi chair for babies . Also available is a starter kit of soaps and shampoos all you need is food to cook or just to order out. You can use voice commands to order groceries and pizza ect...

The Gem stone House . com has hybrid hypoallergenic mattresses, and pillows. All rooms have retractable ceiling fans with three color lights to fit the mood. All bathrooms have bidets. All master bathroom suites are equipped with electronic remote bidets; Lilted faucets to let you know the water temperature and vanity seating. There are two full-size washers and a dryer upstairs and downstairs.

Upstairs, the game room “Black Diamond Club” has a billiard table, air hockey table, 2 full 44-inch linked race car arcades, a 44-inch screen Terminator arcade, a jumbotron with 4 mounted TVs, and a lounge area overlooking the pond. And party lights.

A mirrored workout room/gym is equipped with a treadmill, bicycle, and other workout equipment.

Children’s wing upstairs includes 4 bedrooms, having 11 beds. And the toy story room has a space shuttle bunk bed ( new addition) that lights up by voice to simulate the space shuttle take-off. The toy story bedroom has a 2 set of twin bunk beds (5 beds) and contains a secret kids tunnel which leads into the kids playroom . The kids playroom includes a large enclosed twisted slide; two multi arcade games, karaoke and more. The candy land-themed bedroom has twin bunk beds which resembles a cozy cottage house

This house offers a fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. All floors, except for the bedrooms, are tiled or marbled. Also, there are 23 TVs throughout the house, including an 85-inch TV in the living room  The living and dining rooms are modeled with diamond simulated furniture that can seat 35 people.

The theatre seats 14 people and includes several display windows that reflect a starburst moving field to simulate a moving starship in space. There is a 4k projector with 5-million-pixel resolution 2400 luminous and a 135-inch screen with a 3D Dolby Atmos sound system 2000w 9.2 surround sound that shakes the house! An amazing lighting system will give you an experience that is truly out of this world.
This resort is Strategically Located between all the major parks. It's no more than 20 minutes from Disney or SeaWorld or Universal studios. It is in an area designed for tourists with fun activities such as ice skating, escape rooms, alligator lake tours, miniature gulf, go-karts, bowling centers, haunted houses, more restaurants than I could count, and shows for kids and adults. Only one mile from Walmart, Publix. The gemstone house is less than one year old and it's built for that specific purpose . It's a gated and guarded resort. It has a huge swimming pool with slides for kids and a very nice workout center and a clubhouse. The name of the resort is Verandah palms. You will get codes to access all the amenities for free.
