The host was very responsive and friendly, and they made our stay at the property very pleasant. The previous negative reviews were not fair based on the condition of the house when we stayed. The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 28. It is a great estate with many amenities to enjoy if you prefer to stay in rather than go out. We would definitely stay at this property again if our group travels to Orlando in the future.

House was very spacious and did have the basics needed. We did run into quite a few issues during our stay though. Overall the house looked clean, but floors were actually quite dirty, spider webs on the lights in the kitchen over the island. Also killed quite a few bugs the first few nights. AC unit upstairs leaks into the hallway floor and into one of the bedrooms causing the floor to be soaking wet. The house also gets quite warm during the day and takes into the middle of the night to get back cool enough to sleep comfortably. We had to buy a few fans for the rooms to help with this as there are no ceiling fans in the house. There are plenty of beds for your group, but they are basic and not very comfortable. There are 2 sets of washer/dryer, one up and other down stairs. The dryer upstairs did not work and the one downstairs only worked if you pulled it out away from the wall, because the vent was so long that it would get pinched and not dry. If you are traveling with any type of trailer, this is also not the property for you. We were not able to bring our trailer into the community to unload and had to make multiple trips from outside the gate to get all of our luggage to the house. The securuty supervisor was unhelpful and could not even give us a number of the HOA to call to get permission to bring our trailer in to unload and then take back out. Overall the house was ok, but would not stay again.

Great place and kept well. You might consider trying a professional steam cleaning of the carpets. Another option would be to remove them and put in a hard surface with rugs. The rug in the living room should be discarded. It would be nice to have instructions for the pool heat and not just leave it to us to figure it out. Half of the toaster is broken. The older toaster in the closet was cracked open so my suggestion is to buy a new toaster and remove the current pair. The garage door should be repaired do it stays open when raised. Thank you for the stay.

Needs upgrade beds and mattresses

My overall stay was ok. The house was in a great location and had plenty of rooms/space. They only had 5 bedrooms that had one bed. The other 7 where twins and the beds were so low and mattress/ frame is very cheap. I was disappointed because we stayed 4 days and we couldn't much sleep because the beds were so uncomfortable. This was really the only problem for me. I probably won't stay here again unless they upgrade . Overall my family had a good time .

Graduation-Family Trip

The house is beautiful and it does accommodate a larger group; 25 . There were some minor details that need attention; two of the tubs upstairs had slow drainage and one didn’t drain at all (king size bedroom on the right), in the double full size bedroom the doorway is missing the strip, so there’s open nails on the floor; the door handle and bathroom cabinet doors were broken in the Harry Potter bathroom, and the internet didn’t accommodate the use of all the TVs, laptops, and kid tablets. Other than that we had a great time and it housed all 29 of us comfortably.

Family Spring Break

Great location, nice pool, plenty of room. 2 nice size refrigerators, which was needed for our size group. However, carpet floors felt dirty/greasy, had little to no towels, and bathroom curtains were too short and notbwide enough.

Beautiful home - Unforgettable Stay!

We had the most amazing experience at this Vacation Mansion! The space itself was absolutely beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay”. Perfect location to nearby attractions ( DisneySprings, Outlets, parks, etc) Beautiful and quite neighborhood I will absolutely be returning in the future. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

Fla 25 golf trip

Great for 16 guys golfing we had food catered so we really didn’t rely on kitchen amenities. The rugs are pretty dirty that needs to be addressed. There was a broken handrail at check in, we called no problem. There was no pool towels, but they took care of that right away.

Family Fun

The home was a very good stay for my family. It was spacious and relaxing. There were a few minor issues with appliances that the host made an attempt to address right away. We will absolutely book again

Marvelous Home and Host!

This is a wonderful house, if you have a lot of people coming to Orlando and need space to stretch out! It is open with plenty of seating in the kitchen, dining, living room and poolside area. The pictures are true to what you will see, it was very clean, every room had its own tv and all were decorated nicely. All rooms had their own bathrooms, except for a shared bath between two kids rooms on the top floor. Communicating before, during and after arrival with the hosts, was super easy! They quickly responded to any questions. The property manager was there within minutes of checkin, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions we needed. Please note, there is no on street parking, but there is an overflow parking area near the clubhouse, and the host was gracious enough to let us also park in the driveway of the house across the street, one of their other properties. Having two refrigerators and dishwashers with laundry on both floors was SO useful, everyone is considering redoing their kitchens now! The location is top notch, with gate sign in and home access a breeze on checkin. Major stores, (Sam’s, Walmart, etc.) are all within minutes drive and there are plenty of places to eat nearby, too. Miami Grill was a favorite! You won’t go wrong with this rental, it really was the very best option we found, it did not in ANY way disappoint! If you want an enjoyable, easy stay in Orlando for a large family gathering, this is a great rental option!

Everything we needed for a great vacation

The house was remarkably spacious, & having 2 refrigerators & 2 dishwashers in the kitchen made meal time easy. It was very clean, beautifully decorated & very comfortable. Communication with the host was quick & easy, both before arrival & during our stay.stay.

Our stay was really nice. Upon arrival the house was still being cleaned after check in time. It wasn’t the cleaning very well. The stated it had rooms with two double beds however, it was only one room with two double beds. So the accuracy was off. But overall the stay was nice, the owner did respond quickly. Would I stay here again. I just hope their cleaning company will step up to being better at cleaners.

Family Vacation

The home and neighborhood were very nice . The house was clean and well kept. The property owner was professional , nice, helpful, quick to respond and understanding. The pool at the home was a great size for our children, 3-5 feet deep. We didn’t desire to have the heat in the hot tub but you can message the owner to get that added. The gas grill we rented from the owner was spacious and nice( propane tank was included in the rental). The location was great. Stores, restaurants and attractions are close by. Beware that parking is limited and tight but worked for us!! We parked two of our standard sized cars under the garage , two Ford transit vans side by side in the driveway along with another small suv. There is no street parking allowed or parking on the grass!!! We enjoyed our stay!! We will stay again and recommend this property to others!!!

Not expected 😩

The property was very spacious for our group but it was very dirty from the floor up. Pool did not warm and that was an extra charge. I had to mop and clean floors. Best to wear shoes in the house due to very nasty carpet. Not enough space to park and on the street was prohibited. When i complained about how unclean the house was there was no talk of refunding cleaning charge. One king size bed had 2broken boxsprings that we had to manually move and switch with a room that was not being used. It ended up being more work than a vacation and my family and I were very disappointed. I would never stay in that property nor refer anyone to that place. Ruined my family reunion for sure!

Family gathering for Spring Break

The house is spacious, the neighborhood is nice, we had plenty of room for everyone. The Host was prompt with responding to me before and during my stay. The communication was EXCELLENT! I would recommend adding a few more kitchen cooking utensils and the mattresses on some of the bed are not comfortable but overall it met the needs of our family, I would stay again in this home.

Did Not Meet Standards

While the location and home layout were great, there were several things about the home that were below standard. Many of the walls dirty and the carpet was badly stained in multiple areas. Some of the dishes were poor quality, plastic drinking cups were broken and still had Wal-Mart stickers on them, the refrigerator was not completely assembled, and there were far to few (I believe 4 pots for a home that accommodated 20+ guests. The cushions in chairs in the primary bedroom were completely worn out and one of the mattresses in an upstairs bedroom was terribly sunken in. One of the dryers did not dry well. I’ve stayed in many rental homes and was disappointed with our stay.
