This fabulous 11th floor 4 bedroom wrap around condo has plenty of space for everyone in your party. With nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, granite counter tops, ceiling fans throughout and huge soaking tubs and showers with shower massages, this condo has it all! From your two private beachfront balconies, you'll overlook a 1,700-foot expanse of sugar white sands known for generations as the "Miracle Mile"! This property comfortably sleeps up to 12 in 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, two queen sleeper sofas and a set of bunk beds for the kids.

Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the Resort. No smoking or vaping except in designated smoking areas on the first and ground floor. Smoking & vaping is prohibited inside the condo, on balconies, in elevators, elevator lobbies, stairwells, walkways to units, and pool decks.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort has all the amenities you expect from a first class vacation destination. The zero entry pool is exquisite with its own waterfall and extensive decks for sunbathing and relaxing. The children's pool and play area has interactive fountains that will thrill the youngsters and an observation deck for parents to enjoy the view.

Sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean in the Captain's Main suite's comfy king-size bed. The nautical themed main suite opens on to the Gulf front balcony. You'll enjoy the luxury linens and the amazing comfy king mattress. Switch on the large flat screen TV and enjoy your favorite programs. Let your cares float away in the main bathroom's fantastic garden tub overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the Signal Hill golf course.

You can sleep to the sounds of the ocean from the Panama Cottage guest bedroom, too! You'll enjoy a luxurious queen size bed and a window with a picture postcard ocean and golf course view. This room has a wall mounted TV. The adjacent bathroom has a tub and shower combination with a handheld shower massage.

The Crew's quarters is every kid's dream. It's a real room, not just a bunk bed in a hallway. The kids get a chest of drawers and a night stand. It even has its own TV! Note bunk beds are not suitable for use by persons over 100 lbs.

The First Mate's second main suite has a private entry and a private ocean and golf course view balcony. It has a king-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The electronics package includes a wall mounted TV that can be adjusted for viewing from either the bed or the sofa. The efficiency kitchen in this suite has a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker for preparing simple meals and snacks. You can relax in the garden tub or enjoy a hot shower after a day at the beach in the luxurious en suite bathroom!

Both covered and uncovered parking are available adjacent to the building. Your 4 Bedroom Condo includes 3 parking passes and 12 arm bands. This is the maximum on-site parking allowed per condo. Additional parking is available in several offsite parking lots for a daily fee.
