We loved this condo had everything we needed and it is in the perfect location!!! The separate elevator let us skip the line and refill our drinks!!! Great patio!! We are excited to find a place we definitely return to!!

Great location. Close to pier park ,on the beach, 2nd floor. The host was very nice and communicated well. The only problem was the linen had not been changed. Please change the sheets after each guest. We had to wash everything.

Amazing Stay and Location

Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the location couldn’t have been better. Even though we were on the second floor, we had no issues with noise at all. we loved being on the second floor because it we had basically had our own private elevator. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. It matched the listing exactly as described. Checkout was just as simple as we only had to send a quick text to Warren Beach Rentals to let them know we were leaving. The required “checkout list” was pretty minimal also (start load of dishes and put towels on bathroom floor). We really appreciated how the team communicated through the portal and by text, frequently checking in and making sure everything was going well during our stay. From booking to pricing to the overall experience, there were zero issues. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend both this condo at Aqua and the Warren Beach Rentals team. We will definitely book with them again and at Aqua (most likely this exact unit).

What a great spot!

Very spacious condo unit that slept our 9 travelers. Level 2 unit was tremendously helpful with having its own elevators that only service floors 1-3Instructions, guidebooks, code access and expectations were clearly given and easily understood. We always were able to find a spot in the garage, a cart by the bridge way. In its overall location, we loved how close it was to pier park and several stores near by. Shuckums right across the road was a family favorite of ours and its karaoke provided entertainment.I had a question about something shortly after check in, the property management team texted me back almost instantly and provided clarification. The rooms were super comfy, spacious and there were plenty of extra blankets to access to suit everyone we were traveling with. We enjoyed the well stocked condo kitchen along with the well working washer and dryer. With 9 people, we did laundry daily. We have previously stayed in condos similar and always struggled with timing or getting things dry, not here. It was smooth and seamless getting several loads done a day, including bath towels and beach towels. Beach service was great, access points to beach were very accessible, both pools were big hits with our kiddos, and we appreciated the timely rounds security made in order to verify wristbands. We really enjoyed the live entertainer by the pool a couple of nights during the week as well. Overall, 5/5 , we would recommend and we plan on staying here again.

It was the perfect location for the beach and restaurants etc. If you alike visiting Pier Park, it's the perfect spot! I loved that floors 1-3 have their own elevator. Owners are very responsive and super nice!

Family Vacation

Location was perfect, checking in was super easy no hassle. Condo was spacious perfect size bedrooms for our family’s needs. We have been coming to Panama City beach for 30 years and have always stayed at the same resort but decided to stay here! We definitely would stay here again

Great Spring Break Stay

We really enjoyed our week in April for spring break at Aqua! 2nd floor location was perfect as there was a dedicated elevator for us to use to go to garage and pool area. Pools were very nice and the beach chair service that was included was nicer like the condo although there is no space for groceries as the pantry was filled with dishes and bowels. Little more organization would help. The sheets on King Bed were wrong size but we adapted. Beach was great and right across the street from lots of attractions

Perfect location!

This was a great location. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The pool was great and loved how close the beach is. Check in was easy and they allowed us to check in an hour earlier! The unit was clean and had plenty of blankets! I only have two negatives. The master shower kept backing up anytime the tub was draining.they said they were going to send someone. Which I think they did as I saw the dirty boot prints left on the bathroom floor. But the drain continued to back up. And that could possibly be a bigger issue they needed to get to once our stay was over. The other thing I wish they would supply is beach towels! It does not say they supply them, which I didn’t even pay attention to until we got there. So that is my fault. But would be nice to not have to travel with bulky towels or have to purchase them when you’re there! Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Great location

I booked this for my kids spring. The apartment was in a perfect location. The pool is literally right outside of the back door so is the beach. Great location for my teen and for the babies. The beach front chair service was also a plus . I would definitely recommend this place for your stay.

We had a great week. The condo was very clean and had plenty of rooms/beds for the 8 of us. We did use an air mattress for the kids. Location was great, close to Pier Park and our favorite restaurants. There was construction going on but we barely noticed. We were even able to get early check in…our stay was amazing, would definitely recommend.

Great but needs better cleaning

Everything was good about the property except the cleanliness there was bits of food in between stoves and countertops and in the cracks of the rough wood table, lots of hair in the washer bust on the the furniture. Washer and dryer didn’t work properly.

Very noisy

Although the condo was nice, we were on the 2nd floor which was directly across from the local karaoke bar. Heard that and street noise all night. The leaf blower going off at 5:00 every morning was an added blessing. The resort's elevator was also under construction so we had to cross traffic to get to our cars. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet stay on the beach, this is not it. Definitely not worth the money we paid for it. Will not stay at this resort again.
