Endless Summer

Fantastic home, great amenities & cozy beach vibe atmosphere! Very clean, open kitchen wonderful for family meals & memories. Enough open space for large family to spread out and the pool, hot tub, beach accessories, coolers, second fridge, newer washer/dryer all made our vacation feel like vacation!

Relaxing family getaway

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. They had beach chairs, towels, bags, coolers to use for the beach. The house is completely stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation.Outdoor pool area was used daily and we were able to watch all sporting events while in the pool relaxing!

Awesome Home in Siesta Key

The house was very roomy and updated throughout the inside and outside. Kitchen was great, but the pool area impressed our family of 4 the most. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the 75” outside TV and bar area was the cherry on top. Location to the Village and many beaches could not have been better for us. Already planning the next trip back to this house.

Peaceful get Away.

The property was beautiful with unique touches that you don’t often find. We spent the majority of our time in the outdoor pool area, which was perfect. There was a variety of seating areas to enjoy. The outdoor bar area with TV was a nice spot to escape the sun, have a drink and listen to music. Morning coffee at the outdoor bar was a popular spot every day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed plus many bonuses. Having access to everything you needed to head to the beach was helpful for “out of towners.” Two fridges were perfect for food and drinks. The beach was a quick 3 minute drive and Siesta Key Village was about a 20 minute walk and super cute. Dan was very responsive to our questions and so easy to work with. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We had a wonderful time.

We absolutely adored this property. My husband and I and our three adult kids (22,21 and 21). The house was open, airy, bright, beautifully decorated and had everything you needed. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and try to think of everything you could possibly need. We had road construction the week we were there so the road was closed, but we just drove around the barricades and it was actually nice because it felt even more private. The property has a circular driveway surrounded by a fence. The backyard also was fenced and was so impressive. The pool was a highlight, especially in the evenings after a hot day and with the colored pool lights. The kids loved that! The bar outside with a tv was nice, we didn’t use though. (We could stay another week and not have time to do all we wanted to do). The bugs at night were relentless. The hosts provide bug spray which helped half of our crew. The other half still had numerous bites. Mostly little gnats but some mosquitoes. It was not so bad that we couldn’t still enjoy the outside space, but wanted to mention in case you have more severe reactions/allergies to bites. Three rooms had the most comfortable king beds and linens. We meant to write the brands down but forgot. The middle room had two twins and full upper bunk. Tv in each room. The property is definitely within biking distance to the village area. Renting a cart or bikes could be beneficial.

Best Family Beach Home/Vacation

Beautiful home inside and out. The pool was fabulous for our family of 8 as well as the house and it’s amenities. Just a short golf cart ride to Siesta Village and the beach. The property was lovely at night and the birds at the pond were fun to watch. There was no need for us to bring all that we did because the house is fully stocked from the kitchen to beach supplies (towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys). There was a lot of room for our family to spread out and let the little ones rest. Loved it and we would definitely rent again!

Amazing kitchen and pool!

This house has a great pool!! Perfect for all ages. The kitchen was amazing! Huge and very well stocked. It was nice having a kitchen this size for our group. Owner is very responsive. When we stayed, there was construction going on out front M-F which was a pain!!!! We lost water twice and couldn’t leave the house one day (all day) due to not being able to get out of the driveway. Very dusty and dirty from the construction too. The driveway is hard to pull out of without construction going on due to being on the corner it’s on, and with the construction closing one driveway at all times, really made this difficult. Blinds and windows were icky and need replaced and/or cleaned. Garbage disposal doesn’t work either so that was annoying. We would give this house another try/stay when there isn’t construction going on but while the construction is going on, I don’t recommend. Road being closed off and on all week due to construction was a pain as well.. had to drive all the way around to get home. Not really walking distance to anything.

It is a mother and daughter team, Donna (mom) lives in North Carolina and Lisa in Cincinnati. Donna owns a small boutique Gift Shop and also has a home decorating business. Lisa is married and has two boys at Ohio State and an awesome husband (That is me writing this summary) We have been visiting Siesta Key for 7+ years and fell in love with the area and now the team has purchased a property for our family and yours to enjoy !!!!

It is a 4 bedroom property with a new covered pool bar, pool and hot tub, one of the handful reasonably priced on the island and it is an open floor plan that has a large kitchen and dining area that connects to the living room, that all have lake views. It has two wings for the 4 bedrooms for some additional privacy and is a one story ranch without any steps to climb or separate the group. The location is fantastic, just a few minute walk to the beach, Village and restaurants but a pinch away from the crowds when you want to wind down the day.

4 bedrooms with a dedicated home office, on a spring fed lake, few minute walk or bike ride from the #1 Beach in the USA and Siesta Key Village. It is also located close to the north bridge for easier access to downtown Sarasota, St Armand Circle, Lido Key, Long Boat Key and the airport. It is a great mix of privacy and quick access to the best areas for family fun and experiences.
