This is a fantastic house in the perfect location. Easy quick walk to the beach and shopping. The pool was a nice addition after a long day at the beach. We also loved taking the kayaks for a ride around the canal! Great property management and they had quick responses to all of my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of the home was great. Easy walk to beach, village, or just a stroll through the neighborhood. The house was overall clean and comfortable, but the washing machine had visible mold in it and a foul smell. Also, several dishes in the kitchen were not clean. We ended up just prewashing all the dishes we used. The tea kettle had mold/mildew in it also, so we couldn't use it. Most the pans had toxic non-stick coating on them with many scratches. There was one large stainless-steel pot that we could use to heat water, and I bought one more pan from Marshalls so that we could cook breakfast. The majority of the bikes were not in working order when we got there but maintenance was very quick to come help fix a couple of them when I asked. The pool was nice and warm. The kayaks were in poor condition with no back rest and they appear to not be maintained. The kayak approach in the canal is steep, dirty and a bit sketchy. It would be hard for someone who is not in good physical condition to use. I love Siesta Key so enjoyed my time there, anyway.

We all loved the house and the location is ideal. The management team was excellent including lovely gifts to include in our Thanksgiving meal. We would definitely stay here again.

Love Siesta Key!

Our family absolutely loved Siesta Key! The location of this house is fantastic, minutes from the beach and also the Village! The wagon made the beach walk much easier as well. The only negative was the downstairs bedroom not having a bathroom but definitely not a deal breaker! We will definitely be back!

Great vacation

This property very nice , and well kept, clean inside and outside, 5 minutes walking to shopping/dinning and beach , has many amenities , bikes, kayat , 1 beach umbrella , one fishing rod , floats . the only draw back is the first floor bed room does not have a toilet

The house was great for a family. The kitchen is FULLY stocked for cooking. (We didnt cook in much because I'm on vacation. Lol)The walk to the beach was short and the wagon and beach supplies were above and beyond. The house is so clean! I wiped up a spill on the kitchen floor and got zero dirt. My daughter is a clean freak and commented on how clean it is. The pool was perfect between the beach. We will be back.

Highly recommend!

Loved this entire vacation! Amazing house with spacious rooms, comfortable beds & pillows, perfect pool to relax or play, kayaks, bikes, and everything needed for the beach, which was a short walk! Cute village nearby with great music and food!

Awesome vacation!! House was wonderful. Had everything we needed and kudos to cleaning staff as it was well maintained! Couldn't have asked for a better location for both the beach and Siesta Village. Highly recommend and we will stay here again when we visit.

Best Location on the Key!

This property is so beautiful. It had everything we needed and more for a wonderful vacation. Walking distance to the beautiful beach and the Village of Siesta Key. Every amenity and a very nice area. I would highly recommend this property. Plenty of space for the whole family and a wonderful heated pool!

Beautiful!

Two families, each with two children, comfortably stayed here! The hospitality was wonderful, the beach was an easy walk and restaurants are close. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool is smaller than it looks but nicely shaded for afternoon swims. We were very happy with our stay!

Great house/great location

We stayed at this home for 5 nights in May - the house is in a great location - walk to beach, walk to town and sits on the canal with a dock. The house is great - its very large with plenty of room and very clean. It had everything we needed including kayaks, bikes, fishing poles, and beach stuff (cart, cooler, towels, chairs). The pool was so nice too. Would definitely stay here again.
