This 4-season getaway offers 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths, including 2 complete Master Suites. The large gourmet kitchen, dining room and great room are the perfect place to gather with family and friends.

Don't miss the sunsets from the expansive deck which runs the length of the house facing the well-groomed golf course. The fresh air, starry nights and comfy beds will refresh you.

BBQ on the deck, swim in the heated clubhouse pool, golf, or partake in everything Birchwood has to offer.
(NOTE) Additional fees to use the club and amenities, pool, golf etc. apply: $750 summer rates, $250 winter. These fees are imposed by Birchwood GCC and payable either to them directly or to the owner who will pay the fee.

Great Home

The home is spacious, beautiful and comfortable. The large deck overlooking the golf course was great. We highly recommend this home!

Beautiful house, Beautiful setting

The house is a large, lovely place to stay with family. The location is beautiful and close to some of our favorite spots. It was well-stocked with games and reading material. The hosts are thoughtful and great communicators.

Birchwood in the winter

Very nice property with an extremely well equipped home with all the amenities. Have stayed in a number of other homes in Birchwood and this home I would rate one of the best we have ever rented for ski season. Easy drive to Harbor Springs and to BoyneHighlands and nubs knob.

Spacious comfortable home

We reserved this property as a home base for our family ski trip. It was a lovely, roomy place for us to relax after active days. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room large & comfortable, and beds wonderful. We would definitely recommend!

Clean, comfortable and lots of light with all the windows opening up to a golf course. Great location close to Lake MI, Pond Hill Farms, Legs Inn and the town of Harbor Springs/Petoskey.

October Getaway

Lovely home! Beautiful views of the golf course and surrounding woods. Pictures are accurate; owner responded immediately to prebooking questions. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, glassware and pots and pans. I would stay again on our next trip.

Great Weekend Stay

We rented for our annual extended ski weekend with our adult children and some of their friends. We had eight people and there was plenty of room and privacy for all. The home is beautiful inside and out. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bathrooms are very nice including a whirlpool tub and bidet. I’d highly recommend this property.

Family ski trip

Beautiful house with plenty of room for a large family. A well stocked kitchen for cooking. This is our second year renting this house. We will be back next year.

First time we have stayed at this property. Linda did an exceptional job communicating before the stay and during the stay. We found the house clean (we’re clean freaks), and the kitchen well stocked. We felt the pictures accurately reflected the house. Location was very good in Birchwood. Views from the house were good. Overall - great stay for us and we recommend the house.

Great location for multi-generation vacation!

This property is in Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club which requires extra paperwork and a non-refundable fee which was a little disconcerting to find out after booking and paying. However, the property manager was available to answer questions and was also responsive on a Sunday when we realized the e-mail with check-in instructions had not come through. The house was in a beautiful location and was very spacious for our family with room to spare (6 of us). Perfect location for golf and is within minutes of Thorne Swift Nature Preserve which we all love. Overall a great trip with the family!

Sunsets at Birchwood Farms

This is our second time returning to this property. We love Birchwood Farms for its amenities (at a cost) and location to the tunnel of trees, nature trails, Pond Hill, Legs Inn but many of the homes are buried in the trees and do not get a lot of natural light. This house gets load of light. Only complaint is that we couldnt stay longer! Would be great if there was a pack and play and high chair--stuff like that. My sons car was maxed out since they had to bring large items like that. But otherwise great spaces to visit and lounge in and kitchen is stocked well. Had several dinners at the house. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful and comfortable property

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! There were 7 adults and one young child, and we were very comfortable. We never felt like we were on top of each other but had plenty of room to spread out and either enjoy time together or on our own. We really appreciated that we had enough supplies to meet our basic needs such as toilet paper, towels, blankets, etc., and also plenty of cooking utensils. The setting and view from the house is stunning and we saw lots of wildlife. Breakfast and coffee in the nook or out on the back deck was so peaceful. The men in our group enjoyed golfing at the course where the property sits and the women enjoyed the local shopping. We will definitely be keeping this place in mind for our next trip to the area!
