• Vehicle Fee: $20 per vehicle
• Administration Fee: $20 per registration
• Late Fee: $100 if booked/registered within 3 days of arrival
Note: Pools open mid-June; weekends only from Memorial Day to mid-June. Closed after Labor Day.

• Pets & Smoking: No pets. No indoor smoking. Outdoor smoking allowed.

• Security: Watercraft and driveway monitored for guest safety
• Noise: No loud music or loud talking outside after 10 PM
• 3rd Party Bookings: Not permitted
• Community Registration: Must be completed 3+ days before arrival
• $100 late fee applies
• Copy of driver’s license required

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty to do with the kids on the lake(paddle boards, kayaks) and the community has everything you would need for bored teenagers. House is exactly as described in the listing. Main floor with the windows has an amazing view of the lake.

The cabin was everything we wanted and exactly as advertised on the app. Our group was thrilled at the amount of space of the cabin, the activities were perfect and the hosts were very communicative. We loved our stay and hope to be able to book again!!! The views of the lake were amazing, the wild life was out in full force and the area is surrounded by skiing, tubing, and many other family activities.

We had such a lovely family stay! We were only there for 4 days and experienced a temperature range of about 50 degrees outside. This means we were able to enjoy every thing this house has to offer. From wintertime hot tub dips, to boating and fishing, sandcastle making and s’mores around the fire pit. This home was even equipped with some amazing toys for our young kids to play with. It was the perfect place for an early season spring break. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

We had a wonderful time staying here during our family vacation. If you're traveling with kids, you'll love the abundance of toys and the spacious areas for little ones to play. Fabulous place! My friend and I treated ourselves to a stay here to celebrate my birthday and it was perfect. The view of the lake is beautiful, we loved the hot tub, and sitting around the campfire. It is amazing to have your very own beach to launch a kayak from! I am spoiled now. The house is nicely decorated and cozy. The beds were comfy and the house had everything we needed.Perfect trip! Five stars!

Wonderful trip!

The house was clean and comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect for happy, relaxing days at the lake. Whether fishing, playing games or just lounging, we had everything that we could want in a vacation home. Lisa and Mike made it easy to ask questions and were responsive for whatever we needed. Plenty of room, lots of amenities and one hell of a view. The only thing I'd change is adding central air. The bedrooms were cool, but the kitchen and great room were toasty. All-in-all, a wonderful home for a week!

While house hunting in 2005, our agent brought us to this lakefront. After the showing and our agent drove off, we realized our car-keys were accidentally left inside the house! While waiting hours for the agent to return, we were unexpectedly greeted by the warm summer glow of the sun that set over the property. It was so stunning, in that moment we realized we needed to experience this over and over again. ALL things happen for a reason. Over the years, whenever we could escape the concrete jungle and grind of New York City with our children, the lake provided that much needed therapy for us to recharge. We come here to unload, to breathe the fresh air, take long walks and bike rides all over the community and talk about life and our dreams. It’s been nothing short of a blessing. We welcome you with our heart to our home. We hope your stay brings you amazing memories. That is the standard we’ve set for our property. We hope to be a great fit for your family.
