Unit #307 is 1 of 2 units that have 3 bedrooms w/ a Bonus Room. This ~2,100 sq ft. spacious luxury condo has an unobstructed view of the Intracoastal Waterway. Enjoy an early morning cup of coffee on your private balcony as you watch the boats and dolphins make their way through the Intracoastal.

This is one of the nicest and largest condors in Indian Rocks Beach. Beachfront and in town, great shops and restaurants to walk to. 2nd time staying in last two years. Patrice and Sam are fantastic Hosts.

Booking, arrival and checkout were all very easy. The condo was spacious, well stocked with cookware, dinner ware, etc.. It was nice to have the cart for luggage and groceries. Huge washer and dryer.Most importantly, it was very clean. I walked around in stocking feet and my socks stayed white.We prepared Christmas dinner for 9 and had plenty of pots, pans, and serving dishes. Three year old grandson loved the pool!We left a message for owner and received an immediate response. Very enjoyable stay. Would recommend. Thank you.

Condo was great and as advertised. Everything we needed was there. Beach was fantastic and not crowded at all. Was very handy to have beach chairs, umbrella and beach tent for shade. We especially loved the proximity to the beach and nearby shopping and restaurants. Sam/Patrice were great and very quick to respond to everything. We would definitely book this same condo again in the future! Highly recommend!

3 weeks of fun in the sun! Our condo was spacious and well-equipped. Great pool and spa area. We loved the easy beach access and nearness to restaurants. The elevator made moving in and grocery trips easy. Loved everything about our stay!

Perfect family vacation!

The home is perfect. It was updated and very clean. There wasn’t an item we needed that wasn’t there. The kitchen is very well stocked and the place had games and beach towels that came in handy as we were flying. The owner was very attentive and responded to our question quickly. The unit was easy to enter upon arrival and there was so much room for our large family. We will be renting this unit again.

Great place to stay in IRB. This condo has plenty of space and a very open floor plan. The owners were always responsive and great to deal with. I would stay here again!!

Great stay and great service

The condo is beautiful. The bonus room was perfect for our boys. On Saturday after the storm, the power went out and knocked the thermostat out. I messaged the owner and they had someone out that afternoon to repair the unit. We would definitely stay here again!

Slow and easy beach town.

We have been going to Indian Rocks beach for a long time bet never right in the village. What a great location and fantastic hosts. Condo is as described. Large and well kept with room for everyone.

Great family vacation spot!

Our family had a great time staying here. It has everything you need for a enjoyable stay. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Plenty of beach towels and beach supplies (including chairs, umbrellas, and toys). A variety of games and toys. Great location. Close to stores and restaurants.

Our first time in IRB!

This was our annual framily vacation and we really enjoyed IRB, this home and the gulf side of Florida in general. This was our first time visiting and we will definitely be back. Being close to shops and restaurants was great as was being close to Clearwater without staying in Clearwater. The home was huge and the extra room off the master suite was perfect for giving all 4 kids their own beds! We highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!

Nice stay!

It was a beautiful place to stay! Very clean! It had everything we needed for the week. The dryer quit working but I contacted the owner and she replied instantly. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

Condo was great! Very clean and had everything you needed. Had lots of toys for little kids and the beach items were awesome. Only recommendation would be new mattresses in the 2 spare rooms. We would definitely come back!!

Home away from home

A spacious well furnished condo that has all the amenities you need for a great vacation. The condo complex is well maintained including the hested pool and hot tub. The condo is located in a great area with a mixture of restaurants, cafes, condos and homes. The beach is well maintained and you can walk in both directions for miles. Excellent sunsets on the beach and beautiful sunrises from your large private patio.

Great Spring Break Vacation!

This condo exceeded our expectations! We had two families, 10 people in total, and it was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. It was the most well-stocked rental we have ever stayed in, with plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, and lots of beach and pool toys. We'll definitely be back (if it's not booked by the 10 people I already recommended it to). Thanks for a great week in Indian Rocks!

We have been going to IRB and the surrounding beaches for over 30 years and LOVE it to say the least. This unit is truly our second home and love when we read responses from our guests sharing the great times and memories they too create while staying at Beach Inn It! We try to get every chance we can to get over to IRB, and when we can't that is when we make it available for others to rent it out. While there I personally enjoy the beaches, fishing on my off-shore boat (which I keep at the marina directly across from this unit) and the many great places to eat and be entertained. You will love this place and have a great get away for sure!
