ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES:
Fully equipped kitchenette with a 2-ring stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.
Living room featuring a pull-out sofa and a flat-screen TV.
Individually controlled air conditioning and heating for your comfort.
Accommodates a maximum of 4 overnight guests; guests must be accompanied by someone 25 years or older to rent.
Queen bedroom, loft bunk, and a "queen" pull-out sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements.
Upper deck to enjoy the breathtaking water view.
Maximum of 8 people allowed on board at one time, with an upper deck limit of 4 people.
Lower deck dining table with seating for 4.
Smoking and pets are not permitted onboard.
For safety reasons, no fishing or jumping off the houseboat is allowed at any time due to extremely shallow water.
There is a 3/4 bathroom for light use and emergencies. Marina bathhouses are recommended for showers as the houseboat showers have small holding tanks.
Holding tanks will be pumped out as needed.
The houseboats do not have engines and remain docked at all times.

Place was great! Fun way to enjoy the lake. Access to the amenities made the stay even better!Houseboat was clean. Our only suggestion is to mention itā€™s a kurig oppose to coffee maker. Would suggest a mat outside of the slider! And sponges. Will return!

Super fun!

My family of four had a great time staying on the houseboat! Kurt was super responsive and informative! The houseboat was clean as a whistle and there was PLENTY of space for all of us! We were able to walk downtown in a jiffy! A really convenient, close spot while remaining private and secluded from the hustle bustle.

Beautiful House Boat

The boat was just as pictured but the views of the fall foliage were even better than imagined. It was like glamping on the water. Perfectly situated near all the attractions of Laconia and Meredith, walking distance to several great establishments. Property manager extremely friendly and helpful I was pleasantly surprised that pool and hot tub were still open this late in the season. We would definitely come back

Honeymoon Bliss

This property was everything that was expected and more. The grounds and marina are beautiful and expertly groomed. The staff at the marina were at the ready for anythimg we needed. The Beach bar team were so friendly and inviting. As for the houseboat we rented it was wonderful and spotless. Truly an amazing experience. We also enjoyed that there was a lot to do within walking distance. We can see many anniversaries to come being spent here.

Lovely stay and host

We had a fantastic time at the stay. Very unique experience. Felt like we were cruising on the ocean with the waves moving the boat. Serene peaceful club. The hosts were extremely sweet about us extending our check out as we checked in late due to schedule conflicts. Very quick in responding and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend and will come back again. Thank you Lance and Kurt for letting us use your lovely boathouse. One of a kind experience.

Not like it used to be

This was a favorite of ours, but this year was disappointing. The younger ā€œcrewā€ with the exception of one older gentleman were rude, non responsive and dishonest. They also decided to empty the septic tank in the middle of our stay without letting us know and then went into the boat we were renting with out consent. Very unsettling. The boat wasnā€™t very clean, there was no toaster and only one key initially. The crew was in no hurry to help us when we needed the key or to check on the broken jacuzzi when we reported this, (we found out later they were already awareā€¦ why not just say that??) We did notice however the ā€œcrewā€ were very quick and accommodating to the guests who were renting or going out on their boats for the day.

Beautiful location & immaculate property!

My family (husband and 2 kids) just returned from our stay over Labor Day Weekend and had the best time! The house boat was a lot more spacious than we anticipated, and was extremely clean on arrival. The kitchenette was perfect for making small meals and was nicely stocked. Having access to the private beach, pool, and beach bar was also a great plus. We were often the first ones out there in the morning. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Just remember to bring your own sheets/blankets! We forgot ours and had to go buy some. There were plenty of pillows though which was really nice since a lot of places usually lack on that end. Overall, we would definitely rent again and are even thinking about joining the Yacht Club!

Read ā€œAmenitiesā€ Description Carefully

Ahoy future renters! Read the listing carefully. Basic essentials like sheets, towels,, and soap are NOT included. This detail is listed under ā€œAmenities.ā€ The shower on-board the houseboat is not to be used and the toilet is just for ā€œemergencies.ā€ The marina bathhouse is to be used instead but it is not air conditioned and ventilation is poor. Spider webs adorn the partitions between the stalls. Otherwise, the view of the lake is great, especially from the upper deck. The dock hands were very hospitable and made our experience enjoyable.

Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in a house boat

We absolutely loved staying on the house boat. It was clean, adorable and in a convenient location. You can take a short walk to weird beach which was busy and fun. Or, you could take a short drive over to Meredith for restaurants and shopping: We loved watching sunrise and sunset in the upper deck as well as the Saturday fireworks! The marina beach, pool and restaurant were so nice to have close by. Any communication with the owner was easy and he always provided a quick friendly response. I highly recommend this property for a fun getaway!

We had such fun staying on the boat house! The amenities were great. My kids loved fishing, swimming in the pool and playing in the lake. The staff was amazing. The bath house and boat house were clean.
