This 4 bedroom Okemo townhome condo end unit is located in the popular Trailside community, and is a short walk of about 70 steps onto the beginner Sachem ski trail at Okemo. There's over 1,800 square feet of space.

Enjoy the new large private Jacuzzi hot tub on the large, wrap-around deck (with views) and relax after a day of skiing! The hot tub holds up to 8 people. There is a cleaning fee for the hot tub as it is completely drained and thoroughly cleaned for each guest stay.

The Sachem trail is about 50 feet from the unit. It is a beginner trail that runs to the primary lifts and base if needed. Better yet it allows you to avoid the main base so as to avoid the longer lines that form there.

There are 3 floors in all with nobody above or below you and as an end unit, there is only one other next door.

There is also a private sauna in the unit as well as a washing/dryer.

3rd floor Master bedroom (king): sleeps 2
1st floor Guest bedroom #1 (queen): sleeps 2
1st floor Guest bedroom #2 (full trundle bed): sleeps 2
1st floor Guest bedroom #3 (2 bunk beds): sleeps 4

There is ample parking for 2 cars, passes will be provided.

Linens for the beds are included as are toilet paper and soap. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of items. There is also a grocery store just 5 minutes from the unit (at the base of the mountain). This unit is on mountain and about halfway up.
