4-star apartment with 90sqm in an open design over 3 floors

Our comfortable 4-star apartment with a terrace facing the sun is in a quiet residential area in the outskirts. Nevertheless, there are only a few minutes walk to the town center with its numerous shops, cafes and restaurants.

In an open design we offer 90m² on 3 floors sleep up to 4 people. An additional travel cot (120x60 cm) we provide, if necessary disposal for free. Please contact us in first.

In the first Floor of our apartment offers a spacious, light-filled double bedroom. From here you can get in a modern bathroom with shower, large tub, toilet, bidet and underfloor heating.

On the ground floor is the living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen (cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee, water and tea maker, toaster and Rührmix).

The staircase entrances on the ground floor can be child-friendly secured with blinds.

Another bedroom with two single beds can be found in the basement.

These 3 levels are themselves not separated by doors, the bathroom except of course.

The bedroom in the first Floor and the ground floor are covered with bamboo flooring. The clay plaster used in all the rooms makes for a comfortable living environment.

A parking space is located directly at the house.

Explore from here Sauerland, also known as "the land of a 1000 mountains": through our central location we are the ideal starting point for many excursions in the surrounding area.

How about a bicycle on the SauerlandRadring to guide you even through an old railway tunnel? Or hiking on numerous trails with beautiful panoramic views into the distance? Experience reservoirs for swimming and boat trips and in winter of course skiing on slopes or in different groomed trails in the area.
