Family/Friend Fun getaway *Big Private Pool *Basketball court *firepit

If you are looking for a home that is a home away from home but with all the bells and whistles then Look no further. Our home is fully stocked with everything you need to just pack your clothes and go. Two of our bed rooms have queen size bunk beds to fit all the guest comfortably. We have a fully stock kitchen. Nice big kitchen table and an awesome game room with Pool table, Hockey table and Foosball table. The out side has a gas grill ready for those hamburgers and a great seating area.
We have a great nice big Pool. And grass areas to Play soccer or any yard games. There also a basketball half court. This house really is a wonderful way to make memories with Family and friends. Please know that this home isn’t just rental for us ,but its our second home that we want to share with anyone that stays to enjoy and make memories with friends and families and that can and will want to come and do it all over again. So please take care of the home and enjoy your stay!

Fantastic Vacation House

This house was perfect for our extended family to get together. Lots of bedrooms but also a very nice common space with pool, foosball, and air hockey for the kids (and grown ups!). Large pool and outdoor games as well.

50th Birthday All Guys Reunion

Bedrooms, bathrooms and living room area are spacious, and were ideal for our group of 10. We loved the outdoor basketball court, seating area, and the outdoor bar for relaxation and fun. The kitchen appliances could be updated. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Comfort in Sin City

This house was just as described. It fit our needs and became a home away from home. The outside fire pit was nice for a relaxing evening away from the strip. The beds were extremely comfortable and we found it hard to get out of bed most days. The kids loved playing air hockey and pool.

Don't hesitate

Place as listed. Great indoor and outdoor space. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Pool was fantastic, plenty of floats. Outdoor grill too. Zero complaints.

The game room was a hit!

It was too cold to enjoy the pool & backyard amenities, but the kids were entertained by air hockey and foosball all weekend (unfortunately the billiards table is not level). The adults appreciated the big comfy couch and Netflix in the tv room. Very comfortable stay. Thank you!

Fun family home

Pool, game room and large tv room was great for a large family gathering. Location was great for the National and city parks. The house could use reading lights in bedrooms and living room.

Las Vegas Oasis

My group was in town for Magic30. The rental was clean, easy to check in to, and Rosie was super easy and nice to work with. I would definitely recommend staying here and would totally stay here again.

Could have been better

Our group definitely had fun in Las Vegas. However, regarding the accommodations they could have been better. Value and cleanliness just were not there. The property had a lot of fees associated with our stay on top of the standard. Our fees were 35% of the total cost. When approaching 900 dollars a night you would expect luxury type accommodations. The overall cleanliness was not there. A picture posted on the cabinet end said it all with a saying something to the effect "A clean house is the sign of a dull woman." Carpet was dirty and really needs to be removed and replaced with hard surfaces to take this property to the next level. As well other than the master bedroom shower the other showers and bathrooms need to be seriously updated. The outdoor space is definitely up to par except for the fire pit chairs. As others have mentioned they are in really bad shape and almost to the point of not being useable. We have stayed in many VRBOs in the past and understand the challenges of owners. Thank you Rosie for opening your home and would say if these issues are addressed you will have many return visitors.

Lovely vacation

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

Great property in a quiet neighborhood, back of the property is open area so only 1 immediate neighbor. Back yard oasis! Great pool with nice grass area and mature landscaping which provides nice shade(which is super important in the heat of the desert!) overall a nice place!

Comfortable place to sleep in.

The location was comfortable. It was our first time staying at a Vbro. Check in and out was great. Our children loved the place. Only down fall was that there was a storm in Las Vegas. The umbrellas flew off and there was damage to them. The pool also got very dirty. We purchased the insurance for the home and think it covers it. However we were charged for the damage done by storm by the owner and I’ve explained to her about the storm. She said she would call insurance to see how it works. 3weeks later and I’m still waiting for her response back. I just hate leaving a bad impression or review. Future tenants, we followed all the rules listed and we were shocked to hear we were blamed for storm damages.

Awesome Pool!

We celebrated my husbands birthday, there were 8 of us, lots of extra room! The poolside was amazing, even had misters! The game room was lots of fun as well. Easy access to downtown via Uber. Quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy.

Fun in the sun!

The house is very much as pictured. It was very comfortable, the A/C was incredible & the beds were amazing! Plenty of room for our group of 9. Rosie was very quick with communication & helpful with everything. My only con I would say is the pool furniture definitely needs to be upgraded. The loungers were a concern & felt very unsafe to lay down on. Overall we had a great time.

Rosie's home was a wonderful getaway for our group -- complete with all the amenities and space we needed. She was accommodating to our needs and was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this rental for any Vegas stay.

Amazing property, great amenities, awesome location!!

My friends and partner loved staying in this home! The house is super clean and the pool was incredible. They have full size bunk beds in two bedrooms and my friends said they were really comfy! The master suite was cozy, but the shower was the star lol. Only about 15 minutes from the strip and Lyfts/Ubers had no issues finding us. 10/10 recommend :)

Girl's Birthday Celebration Weekend

I invited 6 ladies to help celebrate my 60th birthday. This home was perfect for our celebration with lovely decor, beds for all, a beautiful pool, well stocked kitchen. The home was very clean and comfortable, probably the nicest VRBO I've ever rented! It would have been nice to have an instruction book with information about obtaining supplies (we had to purchase a small amount of TP and paper towels and ran out of garbage bags, not a big deal, we made it work) and the check out procedure, etc. The homeowner was very flexible with us about check in and check out times. We all came from different states and our flights were staggered. Rosie made it easy for some of us to either check in a little early or stay late as needed for the convenience of not having to spend hours waiting at the airport. We very much appreciated this! She was very responsive to our many text messages and helpful, easy to work with. Overall, I would highly recommend this property, would definitely stay here again! Thank You!!!
