Fun at Santa Rosa Beach

We had a great stay, despite waiting a day to get washcloths. The house is beautiful, but needs maintenance on doors, towel racks and garage bannister.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this house. The furniture and decor all felt new and nice! Loved all of the seating options in the living room. So great for a big group. Quiet neighborhood. My only suggestion would be putting a barn door on the master bedroom area so it feels a little more private since you have to walk through the master to get to the bunk room. We would definitely come back to this house!

Great Visit

We had a great time at this house. Very clean, loved having two kitchen tables!! Garage was handy and LOVED having a garage fridge!! Had a couple of things come up during our stay but I had already been given the number to use if we needed anything when we checked in and she took care of things immediately. I expect things to come up, my hope is for helpful and quick responses to issues and that exactly what we got! Would definitely stay here again!

Good times

We had a lovely stay at this property last week. There were 13 in total & plenty of room for everyone. The check-in/check-out process was easy. Upon arrival we noticed a few things that weren't working & I made a note & sent a detailed email to the owner so they were aware. The stovetop was still on & we turned that off immediately. The front room & porch lights/fans weren't operating, so we flipped the breaker (easy fix). Towel holder & faucet in one of the upstairs bathrooms were really loose. The microwave was running non-stop with the door closed, so we kept it slightly ajar so it would stop running. We didn't use the microwave the entire stay, but I wanted to make sure the owner knew about it. Also, the fridge kept the food/drinks cold, however a lot of our fruits/veggies were frozen, so we had to toss them out, which was a bummer. We are not picky about a lot of things, so majority of these "issues" were not issues for us, but I'm in real estate & always appreciate good feedback & I'm sure the owners do as well. We had a fantastic stay here & would stay again.

Perfect House

The house was perfect but the beach was very small and crowded due to so much of the public beaches being taken over by private owners. The neighborhood pool wasn’t clean. I wish the house could have been somewhere else because it was perfect.

Winter Girls Trip 2023

This is a lovers property the kitchen and bathroom were stocked well. We really enjoyed cooking and watching movies as we talked and laughed doing the day. The property is close enough to the beach and the owner had a good amount of beach gear for us to use. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend to all our friends.

Beautiful home close to the beach!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for our group, which included 8 kids. The house is close to the pool. I was concerned that the pool was small, but no one was ever there so it wasn't a problem! Many beach accesses were just a short golf cart ride away. Ice cream and restaurants close by too! There was not an air pump for the tires so we didn't use the bikes as much as we might have. The house was clean in general, but may be time for a deep clean on the walls and on the rugs. The communication was quick and easy with the property manager. Overall, we had pretty much everything we needed. Plenty of space, close pool and beach and a beautiful home!

Very nice property!

Overall, my family enjoyed this house. We drove down for a weekend getaway and it was very accommodating for our family size. The house is spacious and nicely decorated. There were games in the house to keep the children entertained. Had a long driveway to accommodate for more parking than most houses in the area. The drive to the beach wasn't too bad. Had a janitorial issue during the stay that I was unable to rectify on my own to which the owner was responsive. Would stay again. Check it out for your family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so incredibly happy with our VayKshun house! It was absolutely the PERFECT size for our family. Little things like having all king size beds, two dining rooms, and multiple showers (including an outside shower) were so helpful with so many people. The location is great as well. We rented a golf cart for the week and it was a super short drive to the beach. If you used one of the bikes that come with the rental, the trip to the beach is even shorter. The management company and Kelley were very responsive and helpful. Our one downside (and I do mean one, because we loved this house) was that the fridge did not stay very cold...but the day before we left there was an extra fridge being delivered to stay in the garage. We would 1000% recommend this home and hope to come back! Thank you all so much!

Beautiful vacation home and community

We truly enjoyed our summer vacation at Blue Mountain Beach! This gorgeous, new house was very comfy and accommodating for our family of 11. The community pool was very close to the home and the beach was just a short bike ride down the road. Our only tip for future guests is to rent a golf cart so that you can enjoy all that the 30A strip has to offer. The property manager was very kind and quick to respond. We definitely recommend this home and community to anyone looking to enjoy a fun and relaxing vacation!

Perfect house for our family

The master suite with the kids bunk room was perfect for our daughter and husband with children. The kids were separate yet very close for nighttime crying. At this time in our lives and ages of the kids, we aren’t the type to want bunk beds in a hallway so we all enjoyed our private rooms. The set up was great and we had plenty of seating for everyone (7 adults and 3 children) no matter where we were. Kitchen, living room and front porch. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Neighbors were all very nice too. We really enjoyed our stay. Because I take care of a ministry house I know that you can’t know what may be going bad when you don’t live there. So I do want to let you know that you may want to check the seal on the fridge door. We thought that things were not as cold as they should have been. Thank you for providing a great place for us to visit.

Family Fall Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great home for our family of eleven. The property was clean and in good condition. The house was well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bikes and other available recreation equipment was a great plus. Pool is close and only about a 300 foot walk from the house. The property managers were very friendly and replied to our text in a very short time. Another big plus about this property is that it has off street parking for 4 to 5 vehicles. There are plenty of food options in this area.
