A St George getaway with all the amenities

This beautiful condo is located in the Green Valley area of sunny St George, UT. It’s only minutes from the nearest freeway exit, and very easy to find. Close to shopping centers, parks, and golf courses. Fully furnished, free Wi-Fi included, 1 Queen bed and a Queen Sofa Sleeper. There are two swimming pools and hot tubs, along with Pickle Ball, Tennis, Basketball, Weight room, racquetball. Come get away for a quiet, relaxing golf get away or bring the family for some fun!"
The space
The bedroom has a Queen size bed with access to the balcony.
The living room has a large sectional couch that pulls out into a Queen bed, a 40” TV with Hulu live and free WiFi.
Dining room table with four chairs and seating at the bar. Additional seating on the entry way patio.
Plenty of activities to keep everyone happy. There are two outdoor pools (one heated in cooler months) and hot tubs. Plus, there is tennis, racquetball, basketball, shuffleboard, miniature golf, and a variety of games in the game room. *Pools are closed Dec 1 to Feb 14. Hot tubs are open all year.

Everything worked well and Brandon had great communication. Have stayed in sports village before and love the central location to everything in the area.

I love this place! It’s really close to where some of my friends live but it was nice to have our own space as well. It was really clean & they had all the amenities that I needed. I will definitely book this place again!

Quiet area

I stayed with my 18 year old son and his friend and it turned out nicely. They didn't mind sleeping on the large couch. Everything was clean and the area is very quiet.

Nice and clean

The property was beautifully finished and the amentities were great! We had a bit of a hiccup but the hosts were very responsive and everything was rectified. It is an excellent option with easy access to Snow Canyon.

For sure staying again!!

We come to St. George multiple times a year for baseball or softball for our kids. We will never again stay in a hotel. We will always come here.

Loved it!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! This VRBO feels spacious, clean and exactly as described in the listing. It includes to patios for outside enjoyment, washer and dryer, and a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable! The property offers several amenities for recreation and relaxation, and is conveniently located to enjoy all St. George has to offer. Our host, Brandon, was very responsive and friendly!Highly recommend and will be hoping to stay again next time we visit!

Perfect

This VRBO was the best one I’ve ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean upon arrival. Everything worked properly, and we felt at home the whole time. It was so nice to see so many people using the sports amenities at the complex. We will definitely come back!

Great condo!

The condo was very clean and it was well supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of towels and other basic supplies. We had some trouble getting the TV to work and Brandon made a special trip (at our convenience) to help us out with getting it to work. Great location for the places we needed to go to in St. George. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Great place at a great value!

We stayed two nights and this was just right for us. Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. I didn’t see it in the listing, but there is a drip coffee maker, which was very important for me. I always bring my own fan, but I certainly didn’t need to here, they have one if you need it. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Great condo

The pictures don’t do this condo justice. It has a bigger living room with leather couches. The kitchen and bathroom are tastefully designed with high quality tiles, appliances, faucets, sinks. They have 2 balconies and are good extensions to the condo. The condo is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Overall a great stay.

The Perfect Getaway

The condo was great! Very clean and quiet. The resort was very nice. No disturbances from neighbors. I didn’t get to enjoy the amenities of the complex like the pool, gym, and tennis courts because spent most of the time hiking in the National Parks, but the condo was the perfect peaceful place to relax after a long day of hiking. Definitely recommend for a solo traveler like myself, a couple, or a few friends.

nice location

as advertised and we were happy there EXCEPT oven had a lot if grease on the bottom of it and smoked badly when we tried to use it. Also no working batteries for the TV remote. Otherwise good stay.

Great Stay

We were in town for the LPGA Black Desert Championship. The propery was in close proximity to the golf course and made for an easy commute each day. The condo was comfortable and clean. The only issues we noticed were living room blinds that we couldn't get to close all the way, and a few supplies were running low or missing (dish soap, tissues). We used the pools and hot tubs and cooked our own meals and the kitchen worked great. We did use the grills one night at the main clubhouse, which was a little inconvienent, but understandable due to restrictions of having grills on balconies. Brandon was very quick to respond to all our questions. Overall, we had a great stay and would certainly stay there again!
