"Condo Du Jour!" Remodeled! Comfortable King Bed!

Come and enjoy this beautiful main level 1 bedroom condo at Sports Village! Only 4 steps to navigate to entry! Remodeled, with new decor, granite counter tops, and flooring. Shady with mature trees, and in a quiet section of the Village--no noise from basketball courts, tennis courts or swimming pools, yet all are within a short walk! Perfect for 2-4 adults, a small family of four or a romantic getaway for two! Two private and covered patios for your enjoyment—one off the master bedroom and one at the entrance of the unit. Both open and covered parking.

All pools will be closed the Monday after Thanksgiving weekend and will reopen the Friday before President’s day weekend. Both hot tubs will be open year-round.

NOTE:
1. TVs run off of HULU TV. DO NOT LOG OUT OF HULU or there will be a $50 reconnection fee as technician will need to come out to reset.
2. Rental agreement must be received by host prior to check-in. If not received, condo access information will not be provided and host has option of cancelling reservation with no refund to guest.
3. For longer stay guests, there is a washer/dryer and vacuum in the condo. If you would like cleaning or bed changing services during your stay, it can be arranged for a cost of $65 per service.
4. 3rd party booking are not accepted for legal reasons. Person booking condo must be an occupant of the condo for the duration of the booking period.

Access Card for the Family Pool and a Key for the adult lap pool. Lost Access Cards are $50 and lost keys are $25. Trailers are allowed in a paid parking lot at the back of the complex. Trailers and boats can be parked on the street for free.
