We call this the Family unit because of its size. This downstairs 1,000 sf unit is in the heart of Prescott, just minutes from the Courthouse Plaza and features 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus two bathrooms. Lots of fluffy towels and bathrobes await you. The fenced side yard offers a grill, picnic bench, shade umbrella, and a private dog area for Fido. A coin-op laundry room with complimentary wash and laundry supplies is on site. Two assigned parking spaces come with this unit with security cameras in the parking lot. Conveniently located to downtown, the rodeo grounds, and within walking distance to Granite Park with 5 acres of fun. Shopping and restaurants are close as is Fry’s grocery store, Dignity Health hospital, and WalMart. Amenities include two Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is fully stocked with everything you will need, including French Press coffee, K-cup, and Mr. Coffee machine. Come relax with us!

A separate contract will be required by Bear Creek Property Management and Associates LLC prior to guest check in.

Great place!

The only reason I would give it 4 stars is the water heater ended up not working so we had no hot water for the weekend. The owner came right away and brought someone; however, they were unable to fix it over the weekend. They refunded our stay which was greatly appreciated. I would stay here again! The place was adorable and very close to Main Street!

Prescott Weekend

Property was great. Easy access to downtown and convenience stores. Quiet neighborhood, great accommodations and very comfy beds !!! Kitchen and baths were well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again..

Good potential, False advertising.

Pros: Walking distance to the square Nice variety of snacks and complementary coffee Cons: No King Bed when website states there is one in bedroom #1 Awful smell when we arrived The entryway mat had a big stain on it. Most of the windows were left open while it was 50 degrees out Hair and stains on the wall Water running in the master tub TV turned on to static, no instructions how to work the streaming service/remote. The property manager was responsive to the issues but came over at 9pm very irritated and dismissive. Her husband immediately removed the stained mat and never replaced it, he also acknowledged the smell. At one point she said we should just leave. Is that how you treat someone who has paid for this rental property? She had the maids meet her there to see the stains and then even called a former resident of the unit to come over to help with the TV/remote. The interaction was extremely awkward and uncomfortable, having 5 people come over at 9pm when we just wanted to go to bed. She told us she was not aware there was no King bed and offered to bring in a King bed and remove the queen. Nice offer, but not very practical at that time of night.

This review is very untrue and unfair. The guests checked in at 3:00 and the call and texts came in at 8:17 PM; the same evening. We arrived at the property at 8:34 p.m. We received this call from the guests while we were at our granddaughters Christmas pageant right down the street. The guest also sent a text message stating that that the TV was broken, that there was a strange odor, and that the unit was dirty. We left immediately to address the guests concerns. Upon arrival, we found that the guest was pushing the wrong button on the remote control for the television. My husband as mentioned above, acknowledged a “clean” spice smell that was very faint. I smelled nothing but the guests perfume. The entry mat at the door had a small (the size of an dime) oily spot and was removed. The windows were not open and water was not running upon our arrival. Because of the phone call, I dispatched the maid service to meet me at the property. When we all arrived (10 minutes after the call) I sent the maid service away as there was nothing for the maids to do. There was a small hair that was caught on a screw in the air vent by the floor. This one hair was removed. There was also a small spot (less than an 8th of an inch in diameter) of candle wax on the bathroom wall next to the tub. I removed this with very little effort. The guest complained that they wanted a king bed instead of a queen and we offered to accommodate their request. They refused. I told them that they could leave if they wanted to with a full refund and they stated that they wanted to stay. They then started apologizing, the wife was crying, hugging us, and explaining that they wanted a discount on their already discounted stay. When we left, the wife was extremely apologetic about us having to leave our granddaughters performance , as she continued to hug us and cry. When I did not discount their stay as there was no reason to do so, they threatened this type of review. Very disappointing and disheartening. Please look at our other reviews and you will see that something is amiss with this one.

Quiet & comfortable

The photos don’t do it justice. When we walked into the unit we exclaimed: “Wow! This is really nice.” It was beautifully appointed, very comfortable and quiet. The management was not “in your face” but was responsive when a need was expressed. The location was perfect, just far enough from the town center & shopping yet not far away either. This condo met our needs & we’d recommend staying here.
