Living spaces: Original wood floors, a wide central hallway, and vintage details give the cottage its distinctive personality. The comfortable front living room offers a cozy place to relax, while the spacious family room provides additional room for conversation, games, or unwinding after a day downtown. A fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere during Prescott’s cooler months.



Kitchen and dining: The updated kitchen connects conveniently to the family room and includes the appliances and everyday essentials needed to prepare meals. Gather around the dining area for breakfast before exploring or enjoy a relaxed dinner at home.



Bedrooms: Three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, each with its own bed, provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to six guests. Bed linens are included.



Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms make the home convenient for families and groups. Towels and essential bath amenities are provided.



Outdoor space: Step onto the inviting deck, where mature trees create a peaceful setting for morning coffee, afternoon conversation, or a quiet evening beneath the stars. BBQ utensils are available for guest use.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire cottage, including all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living and family rooms, dining area, and outdoor deck. Entry is through the private front door using a personalized access code. Check-in instructions will be sent three days before arrival.

The Red Door Cottage is located in a quiet historic neighborhood lined with mature trees. Downtown Prescott, the Courthouse Square, Whiskey Row, restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and seasonal events are approximately half a mile away, giving guests a peaceful place to stay near the center of town.



Getting Around:

The Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row are approximately half a mile from the cottage and can be reached on foot by guests comfortable with the route. A vehicle is recommended for exploring Prescott’s lakes, hiking trails, Granite Dells, and attractions outside downtown. Rideshare services may also be available.



Other Things to Note:

The cottage accommodates a maximum of six guests across three bedrooms and three beds. Pets are welcome with prior notice and applicable fees; please include all pets when booking. Parties and events are not permitted.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests can enjoy complete privacy throughout their stay. Check-in instructions will be sent three days before arrival, and The Host Co. team is available to answer questions, provide recommendations, or assist if anything is needed.
